Good plan but i suggest that instead of thinking about Accra for the moment is quite irrelevant. Accra is already cooked and there are no more enough land to carry out such huge project. I think the planner has said the truth there. Everything is all about Accra, Accra. If all the remaining regions are made developed like how Accra is at the moment, rural urban migration would have stopped, unemployment would have been reduced, cost or death on our roads would have been reduced. Jobs would have been established plenty for the you but , it seems like everything is centred in Accra. I would prefer, Accra should be developed as the last city , then begin the projects from the other regions, like the northern regions, the bono and ahafo region, Volta and many others to raise their standards to at least like current Accra or somehow closer. I see it a waste of money where we may have to destroy the already built to replace a new project.
Accra needs to be rebuilt..Just because the residents deserve it for being the capital city. There is a very good chance for all improvised areas in Accra to 😷 make live able and development.????

I wonder why Ghanaian leaders only think about Accra and everything Accra, Accra. I was in Ghana and I stayed in Kumasi. Kumasi is so chocked, the roads are bad, almost about 90 percent of the youth are jobless. I heard Dr Leo saying our leaders should think about redevelopment of the other cities to prevent rural urban migration. Our leaders should stop thinking about only Accra.
How far is this program since after the inauguration any ideas pls anyone..👊❤
Accra, Ghana is just a great country to visit in 2020!
Wow a lovely bridge over Korle gonor lagoon
To the pessimist, and the chronic critics, even if the capital city is relocated to Wa, or rebuild in a different location, it's still in the interest of all Ghanaians that Accra be replanned especially now rather than later...
Some Ghanaians are soo narrow minded and beautifully authentically defend their positions on being small as far as infrastructure and development.??????.Ghana needs help in transforming the capital into a new generation of global economic growth.????!!
With Pres Nana Akufo-Addo Ghana 🇬🇭 is going places one love from ZA 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Ghana to the world
Everyday talk talk, but no action. Let's think.
It can happen that this also is another mind games, sweet talks just to let people feel good in their head for nothing.
Say it again!Noise makers.
Politicians are ruining Africa!
daddy Kei yet you be commenting on other post that you need mahama back apuh eleff mahama nkoaa like we dey like nana addo laidat..
How long will it take to redevelopment Accra or Ghana
This is what am thinking all the time if Ghana do not change the kind of infrastructures we putting next 50 years land 'll be difficult for Gh
I favor a beautiful and more modern city, but I think it will be better if they focus more on job creation, aggressive agriculture development and manufacturing. With these the physical development of Accra/Ghana will happen like magic.
Is Ghana only Accra and it's neighbouring towns? Singapore has no other cities as Ghana. What happens to the other Ghanaian cities? China doesn't develop only Beijing cos it's its capital city. Food for thought though.
pls let redevelopment our country ghana is too village.
Is a good idea buh it will be a little bit challeng for relocation the people of the city.
Bro I do agree, but there has been always a challenge in this life, but the ability to overcome is important and Ghana will overcome and prevail.
@@BishopTonyOwusu yh great idea tho, we all must come together and create/cater something better for a leaving. And also to become a first world people tho b'cos we are human as black people. 👨❤️💋👨✌️
Three years ago . 2022 but yet nothing has been done . Keep deceiving the innocent people of Ghana .
Great presenter. Brilliant idea.
Partnership with other countries to protect climate change through global planning issues like traffic control and efficient infrastructure.???????
11:24 It would cost approximately $500 billion to replicate the amount of infrastructure and architecture that Singapore has.
What about kumasi, the second capital and Woraso my hometown?
Go and ask your Abusua panyin, fool
@@deimmigrant3947 No insults, please.
Hahaha, u r funny!even in accra we r crying over it to developed, how much more ur home town..... Nice comment though
Most people did not listen to the planner so they are asking questions that the city planning man explain
Do you have to insult ? Can't you be a bit tolerant and civilised ?
May the good Lord forgive you!
These people didn't come to joke at all o. They are determined to develop the country whether they have the support or not. My hope have rekindled for Africa.
It is possible Ghana can do it and do it better. But we all have to support the government . Ghana 💪💪💪
Bold step by the government. It should use this opportunity to deal with the rot at the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority (LUSPA) across the nation. There should reform and upgrade at these departments.
Everything Accra what about Akim Osorase?
hahahaha lol
Do your best there to attract attention for improvement.
Believe yourself and good team
Yaa bi onye
Or tema Accra is already congested lets move it to tema
Some of you have to stop with accra and Kumasi thing. We are talking about Ghana not accra and Kumasi
This is a 50 year project. Thats if everything should go fast
It's a good idea and very costly. Let's develop place like the two Northern capitals, Wa and Bolga, so that people would willingly migrate from the over crowded city. The develop Sunyani before thinking of Accra.
Rule number 1 are we ready for this change
Rule number 2 where will they move the residence to?
A LEADER WITH A GOOD VISION...HOPEFULLY THE NDC WOULDN'T CALL FOR A PRESS CONFERENCE MEETINGS..MAY GOD BLESS NANA ADDO.BAWUMIA AND GHANA
It would be very senseless if u bring politics into this!...... Be smart n stop fooling around. Let's us clean our minds from politics for the politicians to also stop deceiving us!......
@@daddykei8613 . Thanks bro
build capital somewhere. Cheap and the opportunity to build a great city from scratch
Its possible, We can do this in the next 20 to 30 years. We just need to start.
Ghana is the next big thing in Africa, and as my German Historian said, it is going to rule the world in 2080. Well let see, I hope I will still be alive to see this dream. It only take people with a vision to see this.
So how far?
Pls is this vision still in progress ?
That will be fantastic!
Finally some sensible thing I can support...
MR TACKIE IS SMARTTT, HIRE HIM NOT THAT ASIAN MAN.
I think this development will takes long term to complete it ,with this development Npp governments they can do something about it,but my question is.... if NPP government is not in Power, those other part that will come in to Power, they would like to continue if Npp governments couldn't finish it with this eight years in government?this my question......
You mean this has to be 8 year duration ?
Kwesi Diamonds i think so!
More reason why we should have national policy, and its should be abide by every government in power
As long as the government don't steal the money and Ghanaians work together it will happen but thats just talk I want to see action
I'm here today and Where's this vision?😂😂😂😂
This is exactly what I have been saying, develop the remaining towns and villages just like
US , where ever u live u get the same treat as someone living in the big cities. Go Gh. Yes u can
In theory. Not in practice in the USA. But, yes, intend to do so.
Ghana leaders need to stop corruption and build better Ghana. The leaders always talks but nothing done please stop corrupt and do good for Ghanaians
So where are we today with this
when it will beautiful like that?
If we the Africans start to realize that everything is possible when it comes to the development and unity as we can now start to move Africa into the 31st century and can now be worthy of being called the "Black Star Continent"
Pls when will this start when it starts pls let me no
How far with this development??
With my eyes wide open
