    I had a rather weak TG433 flight experience a year ago; are we going to see improvements?
    I checked in for my second TG433 flight early in the morning after arriving from around the Siam area. The queue at my check-in aisle of choice wasn't particularly long, and I was soon processed by the check-in staff who wasted no time in handing our boarding passes and checking our baggage. She could be friendlier since Bangkok and Thailand are known to be the "Land of Smiles", but as long as I got processed quickly, that's just a minor issue. I then went to security and immigration, all of which took not too long. I then took the People Mover train to the newer satellite building, awaiting further information from gate S114.
    My plane then arrived, and as scheduled, it was a Boeing 787-9; so not only was it my second TG433 flight, but it was also my second Boeing 787 flight ever, after Korean Air flight 607. Boarding was all over the place, and eventually moved faster when all 3 lines opened for Economy Class passengers. I was welcomed quite nicely by the crews, and then I proceeded to my seat at the back - 57K, to be precise. They used Safran Z300 seats this time, which was a good choice as mine was comfortable, clean, user-friendly, and loaded with features, including those rarely seen such as a footrest. The only catch was that the seat slid forward a bit, but it was something minor on a short flight like this.
    They paired the Safran seats with Panasonic eX3 IFEs, which was also a good choice as the system was responsive and well laid out. That being said, I think Thai did not make full use of the system as it had almost zero games and most of the contents were Asian-oriented. This was something both I and my German seatmate agree on. The cabin was great, with some of the latest technologies like the Boeing Sky Interior lighting capable of producing rainbow-like light shows, and electronic window dimmers.
    Take-off was 53 minutes late, and then the meal service began amidst the turbulence. I was served a Hainan-style chicken stew dish presented alongside some fresh fruits, yogurt, croissant, veggies, strawberry jam for the croissant, and a hard-boiled egg. What I liked about the captain of this flight was that they gave us a prior warning before the turbulence, allowing everyone time to prepare. The cabin crews of this flight were firm but also friendly at the same time; they possessed all the positive hallmarks that Thai is known for. Turns out one of the crews was making her way through the promotion ladder, and she felt appreciated when I handed over my thank-you origami note.
    Landing was on-time, and after a short picture and a quick chat, I disembarked, passed through immigration rather quickly, waited around 30 to 40 minutes for my bag, and proceeded to the domestic concourse, still in a grateful feeling of this Thai Airways flight. I found it heartwarming to see that my note can become a blessing to others; this motivates me to keep being nice to people.

    The post-throwback scene was recorded in Toyama Station, waiting for a W7 series Shinkansen on a Kagayaki service to Tokyo. The pre-bonus scene was recorded in a Bombardier Innovia APM 300 on a BTS Gold Line service to Krung Thon Buri at Charoen Nakhon.

    I believe it's also on the TG9XX flights too where you see the Thai dresses. But you are right, they are in the process of rolling them out on all flights, except for A320 operated flights

      I am not sure about this. Some Instagram stories of Thai Airways crews seem to support your statement, but there have been some Thai passengers who boarded TG9XX and did not see any Thai dresses worn, which confused me. Nevertheless, thanks for watching!

    11:02 No this is an B787-9 and when this safety video they're for 787-9 (789) before let other plane use and the new one is for new B777-300ER (77Y) that have First class
    HS-TTA HS-TTB and HS-TTC

      @LoneStarFlightReviews  Před 23 dny

      So...what I can infer from your statement is that the 787-9 and other aircrafts will never get the new safety video that is designed for the three 777-300ERs that you have just mentioned?
