Wrinkle tip: Since eyelids are one of the first areas to show signs of aging, I’m really careful about the pressure I put on my brush when applying/blending my eyeshadow. If my skin starts to move, it’s too much pressure; so therefore, I adjust. All that repetitive movement causes wrinkles/sagging!
I have taught smile as my default expression. I consciously practice during all my Zoom meetings to keep a genuine small smile on my face that slightly lifts my cheeks and keeps a happy sparkle in my eyes. It makes me look so much better than a neutral face or a frown. Plus it lifts my mood and positively affects the lymbic systems of the people you are engaging.
Another place I think people miss when putting on product is near the earlobes. I was noticing more wrinkling there than other areas and started specifically targeting that area with product and it has greatly improved! The good thing... it made me realize my skincare program is working 😊
I love that you weren’t too embarrassed to post this. Some people would be. There is nothing more refreshing than someone that just owns who they are, idiosyncrasies and all. Keep being you. And I may revisit the whole how I drink through a straw thing. 🤣

As hygienist another tip w/ electric tb: brush lower teeth 1st. Gravity makes saliva pull DOWN - less splatter.

I put my eye cream around the edges of my lips. When I started doing that, I saw noticeable results. And yes, all the skincare on the upperlip
Thank you for being opening enough to share this with us. I am always practicing in the mirror to avoid lip wrinkles. I’m now trying to figure out how to swish mouth wash without puckering. If you have a way, share it with us too.
Angie I just wanted to tell you that today I went in for a Hydrofacial that is supposed to take out/off dead skin and clogged pores, blackheads all icky stuff. At the end she showed me what was taken out and she said there was supposed to be floating debris and there was NOTHING! She said my skin was in great condition and what was I doing…. I said I do what Angie tells me and have been for many years. Kudos to you for telling us all the right things to do for our skin without breaking the bank
I put a little Elf putty primer around lips before lip pencil and lipstick. Seems to soften lines and easier for pencil application.
Oh Angie, it’s videos like this that have hooked on your channel. Don’t get me wrong-I LOVE all your videos, but they way you can giggle at yourself for some of the tips you’ve discovered makes it feel more like a girlfriend chat. Puts a smile on my face. Good tips too!
Great tips. Paulas Choice just came out with a lip specific skin product that is awesome. I wear it to bed every night now instead of the others I used to use and love it.
GM Angie 🌸 I love the wireless Nordstrom bra so much I ordered 2 more. The way it comes up higher under the arms than a standard (teen) bralette and smooths out the back fat is SO good! The lace makes it pretty too. Great for bum-around-the-house days. Which is pretty much every day 😄
I have a suggestion for all. After I brush my teeth I dry my mouth and with my dry tooth brush I brush my lips they plump up and become a rosey pink like I was just kissed. It has reduced my wrinkling. I believe it's because I'm bring blood to the area which is bring Oxygen and maybe nutrients too. I do this at night too and then put on my skin care yes on my lips and around my mouth. Ladies, it's been working!!! I hope it works for you as well. Happy brushing. Now be gentle and increase once the area get use to it. It's like dry brushing if you do your body now you do your mouth and lip area too.

I think we can get away with laughter lines around eyes but around lips it’s aging. To those that wonder..it’s Never to late to start with good skincare.
