How to add pool stabilizer to your pool skimmer (hack)

tired of sitting around adding spoonfuls of stabilizer to your skimmer? Also, adding it to your skimmer only for it to pass thru your filter impeller is also not a good thing. I hope you find my hack helpful to circumvent both problems.
