Justin Bieber - What Do You Mean
Here comes another modern 80s classic!
Justin's vocal takes a lot of work to sound decent in the 80s...(too breathy) For a while I couldn't find a way to make him sit in the mix. This is the best I've got. Probably sounds nothing like the original lol. Oh well.
Enjoy time traveling!

LMAO DUDE
Rhoncus-HD nah dude
i was at his last concert in 1987. it was both memorable and a pain to remember. although justice has been served for the shootout that had happened, we've come to realize our bieber isn't coming back for good. my dear 40-year old heart still mourns to this day.
before the selena incident that sparked news around the world, the bieber assassination actually happened prior to it. but media has been keeping shut about it up to this day. no single detail can be seen anywhere, all records have been removed it seems. the only living testaments that prove this existed are merely from personal accounts like mine who were actually there during the concert.
gc68 He died in 1989 in an assasination attempt at his PURPOSE tour when a fan shot him point blank with a Pistol. R.I.P Justin Bieber. Truly a blessing in the 1980's. Influenced the Pop industry today.

@Semper Invicta I know right?!? Soooooo disrespectful
@Semper Invicta It's probably because his grandson tired to take up the music thing around that time. He did a lot of awful covers of Bieber's old hits, and it's become a bit of an old vs new thing in both of their fanbases. Doesn't help that they share the same name either, so I can understand the confusion.

This song reminds me of that summer night 40 years ago, cuz I met the love of my life with this song. It was 1982 that I went to prom at the end of high school. I had the fine suit but I was scared because I had nobody. As this song went on playing, I was sitting on a bench, trying not to cry about having no partner. Just then, I heard a voice saying "Hey I'm Jillina, care to dance?" I looked up and saw the most beautiful girl ever. My mood immediately lifted and we danced to this beautiful song while staring deeply into each others eyes. After the prom, we went to the park, ran around and laughed like we were little kids again. 40 years later, now we are happily married with our lovely children. Thank you for everything Justin.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Introduction
Justin Bieber emerged as one of the most iconic pop stars of the 1980s, captivating audiences worldwide with his debut single "Baby" in 1986. With a career spanning nearly two decades, Bieber's youthful charm, catchy tunes, and dynamic performances defined a generation. However, his journey was also marred by controversies and personal struggles.
Early Life and Career
Born on March 1, 1964, in London, Ontario, Canada, Justin Drew Bieber showed an early interest in music. Raised by his single mother, Pattie Mallette, Bieber's musical talents were evident from a young age as he taught himself to play the piano, guitar, drums, and trumpet. His big break came when a talent scout discovered him performing in a local singing competition at the age of 16.
Rise to Stardom
Bieber's debut single, "Baby," released in 1986, catapulted him to stardom. The track's infectious beat and catchy chorus resonated with audiences worldwide, making it an instant classic. The music video, featuring dance sequences and a storyline of young love, became a staple on MTV, further cementing his place in pop culture.
Hit Albums and Singles
My World (1987): Bieber's debut album showcased a blend of pop and R&B sounds, featuring hits like "One Time" and "One Less Lonely Girl." It was a commercial success, achieving platinum status within months of its release.
Never Say Never (1990): This album marked Bieber's foray into a more mature sound, with tracks like "Never Say Never" featuring Jaden Smith. It also included collaborations with established artists, broadening his appeal.
Under The Mistletoe (1993): Bieber's first Christmas album combined traditional holiday classics with original songs, showcasing his versatility as an artist.
Believe (1996): This album reflected Bieber's growth as an artist, featuring a mix of dance-pop and R&B tracks. Hits like "Boyfriend" and "As Long As You Love Me" topped charts worldwide.
Journals (1999): A departure from his earlier work, Journals featured a darker, more introspective sound, hinting at Bieber's personal struggles.
Impact and Legacy
Bieber's impact on the music industry was profound, influencing a generation of artists and fans alike. His ability to blend genres and his innovative use of music videos played a significant role in shaping the pop landscape of the 1980s and 1990s. Despite his untimely death, Bieber's music continues to inspire and resonate with audiences around the world.
Controversies and Challenges
Bieber's career was not without its controversies. His rapid rise to fame brought intense media scrutiny, leading to several public incidents and legal troubles. Struggles with substance abuse and the pressures of fame took a toll on his mental health.
Personal Life and Demise
Bieber's personal life was as public as his career, with his relationships and struggles frequently making headlines. His marriage to actress Selena Gomez in 2001 was highly publicized, offering a brief period of stability. However, his battle with addiction ultimately led to his tragic overdose on July 18, 2004, at the age of 40.

Good old JB...WOW.
I thought I'd never hear it again. Wonderful.
My youth passed under these hits, we played his songs with a guitar when we was trying to impress our girls... My Becky knows... Oh, folks,
Do you remember how we literally begged our parents for some money to go to a saxophone club? We wanted to be like JB in everything!!! I mean, in everything.
I feel like I have to say something. Comes really hard, but I have to.
Four of my friends at the time were big JB fans and, soon they decided to "take a ride", you know, "to be like JB."
In 1986, after the release of the legendary "Baby", news broke about JB's cocaine addiction, and so it began...
"The Bieber Feaver Discoteque" 1986, the crowd in the hall rejoices, chants, all that stuff, someone even faints! But the restroom had a completely different atmosphere. I saw how young girls and boys, or rather the bodies, were taken out from there.
Cocaine.
Some people blamed JB for this, but show business has always been cruel, and if YOU are a STAR, then you ARE under the influence, that's the way how it works. Someone got JB hooked on this shit - we dabbled in it because we wanted to be like JB, that's all, look, it was the 80s! We were young, hot-blooded, we were savage, we had our idols!
But, they all should understand that JB is a person, not a drug addict.
To "be like JB" for me meant to be a talented, charismatic, stylish person.
And here I can remember clearly:
"Wanna some?"
"Come on dawg, are you a fucking JB fan or who the fuck are you?"
"Wait, are you nerd? Just try it, wtf's wrong with you!!?" "Sniff it, take it, let it be! BE LIKE JB!!!"
And I go like..
"Listen me right, you, there's something more to JB than cocaine!!! You're all nothing, you're farts, what would JB say if he saw you now in this state, you cocaine-filled fuckheads, you are farts, farts, I said FARTS!!!"
They laughed at me, but I defended myself as best I could...I even shed tears while I was yelling at them. I ran away from that cursed WC to my sweet Becky and we danced to JB, while they remained in the toilet...
An hour later.
Four bodies were taken out of there unconscious.
Last time I saw them.
The music blaring throughout the hall did not allow me to fall into despair. There were tears in my eyes from the loss of friends, from love for Becky, and from JB's music, a little from cigarette smoke, cheap hairspray, and also from sweat, and I danced. Young, full of strength, not yet experienced, but I was no longer the same. I grew up.
And JB was with me. He was with US.
He is still with us, forever in our hearts.
I couldn't believe his son fucked up the original version of the song with 2016 version. SMH
This is the funniest to me.

R.I.P. Justin, you were one of my biggest inspirations growing up in the 80’s and it’s such a shame cocaine took you from us at such a young age in 2004. Man 2004…17 years ago damn. I always forget how fast time flies. I remember when I first heard this song I had just met who would end up being my sixth wife, we had such a great chemistry and it was all in part due to this amazing song that helped us instantly connect at the DMV. Even though Anni-Lyn and I eventually divorced because I caught her cheating with my childhood best friend Justin (who ironically hates Justin Bieber despite sharing a name), this song will always have a special place in my heart for her, and the great memories we had to this song. Now I am happily married to my husbands Sam & Dylan, but sadly they don’t quite understand the impact this song has on me. It’s still alright though, at least I’ll always have this song that will never leave my side. Anyways I’m getting teary eyed just thinking of this song, so I’ll wrap my story up there but JB if you’re reading this in heaven somewhere, thank you for everything. May you rest in peace. Some say it's Micheal Jackson
But for me and the kids who knew the music world of the 80's would
agree that Justin was the biggest star that ever graced the Music Industry...R.I.P Justin (1962-2004)
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Heard this gem first on Soundcloud a few years ago. This has to be one of the greatest Sax Solos of all time. Keep coming back for the Solo.
Legit saaaame
We called him jay jay back then. Was such a great guy humble, down to earth person. Rip frend.
Pls dislike this if you love Justin Bieber czcams.com/video/lCl7I7png08/video.html

Today would be your 54th birthday JB . I know you will not celebrate it on earth, but perhaps in heaven, where I think you are. I hope you can smile for those who still listen and love your voice and your music.
Ajay Sharma LMAAAOOO
Another perfect example of a great artist gone to early.
Hahahahahahaha
Zach Knight Hey could you please watch my videos? It'd be a big favour. thanks 💙😇
Ajay Sharma this is kinda sad because George Michael an 80s icon died at 53 :'( last year
His feud with George Michael in the mid to late 80's produced some of the best music of that era

İ met hım when i was 8 he was such a humble guy
A little known story about Justin Sr. I went to high school with him, and he wrote this song for his high school sweetheart Lucy. Well our senior year Justin and Lucy had their ups and downs. Well they temporarily broke up and that’s when our quarterback, Chad, asked Lucy to our senior prom. That devastated Justin. In fact, I didn’t even see him the first half of our prom. I thought he wasn’t going to come. Then, just as the DJ was going to play the last song of the night out of no where Justin and his band make a grand entrance into the auditorium. They kicked the DJ off the stage, Justin with his electric guitar gets on the mic and confesses his love for Lucy just before him and the band perform this song. The auditorium went nuts. Chad walked out defeated and humiliated. Lucy ran up to the stage and they kissed. The whole thing was legendary. Shortly after prom Justin got signed to a record label and went on to become one of the biggest artists of the 80s.
Saw him play this live about a month before he passed and it still had that magic!! RIP JB IMMORTAL OF POP
i love how everyone agrees that he died in 2004🤣

I died last month. I'll never forget 20 years ago when I used to listen to his music after class on my iPhone and wireless earbuds that didn't exist at the time. RIP Justin.
My mom would always play this song in the morning during the summer while she was cleaning around the house when I was younger , she’d have me dance around the house with her and always talk about how it was her and my dads song. The good days...

Why does everyone write "rip 1962-2004"
what do these dates mean?
Claire Hughes
Yeah it’s his birthday and death-day.
Sparks Fly yeah but they are not real, this is just a meme i guess
so i try to understand what meme is it and why do people use exactly these dates🤔
(im sorry for possible mistakes, English is not my native language)
I danced this with my first boyfriend... 25 years from now, we're married and our kids still prefer this version than the remake ❤️
Tamara Selene I see what you did there lol.
I used to sing the version at a pub 20yrs from now and it has been a long time since I was a singer
αshαητi ιονε what did she do there
Tamara Selene lol, I wonder how many uneducated people went and searched for it? How many did you fool?
I also prefer the original in 85 to the remake.
The worst thing to happen in the first decade of the 2000's was losing this treasure.
I can't imagine what a worse timeline would've even looked like...can you??
RIP
Alternative universe theories aside, this version should win a Grammy. It sounds like a dream too good to be true. It makes me feel I'm a teenager again and about to fall in love for the first time💖💏
I like how everyone agrees that 2004 was the year he died
Coz it is
and 1962 the year he was born
😂😂😂😂
