  • This is what TEXAS Looks Like? 😲
We’re visiting a brand-new state with our truck camper - Hello Texas! We’re only here for a short time but we have big plans to visit our 35th national park - Guadeloupe Mountains National Park. This park is a gem. We hiked the Devils Hall Trails which was so incredibly beautiful and enjoyed the quiet trails and solitude of this park. It almost felt like we had the park to ourselves.

That's just the "tip of the iceburg" in Texas, Texas is big and has mountains, deserts, plains, forests, beaches. Guadalupe Mountains is especially beautiful in the fall when the Maple trees are changing colors. There are a couple of other places in Texas that have Maple trees. Camping near Roswell among the cows is probably safest, I think the aliens prefer abducting cows.

Welcome to CO! It's been an interesting week of weather here in CO. I've never seen such rainy weather for so long. We also had the worst cold winter I've ever experienced. Hang in there, summer is magical here.

If you happen to visit the state of Indiana, I can make a few suggestions. We live in Parke county Indiana, home of the world famous covered bridge festival, you can't throw a rock without hitting a cover bridge around here, it's what makes us famous. Here in Parke county Indiana we also have Turkey Run State Park, they have wonderful trails, and a very relaxing float trip either in inner tubes and or kayaks. I'm not a big fan of cities, but if you happen to go through Indianapolis, the Indianapolis 500 car museum would definitely be place you would enjoy going, and definitely take him up on taking it opportunities to take a lap around the track, it's got to be on every guy's bucket list to go around the Indianapolis 500, it's pretty radical. Next location would have to be Brown county Indiana, an if you happen to catch it during the fall season, it's the perfect location for leaf-watching. Also you can't go wrong visiting Springmill National Forest, they have one of the longest boat ride caves in the country, it's very interesting, and if you're at the Springmill National Forest State Park, then you have to stop at the famous Gus Grissom space museum that is free and just right inside the gate, they even have one of the original space capsules, it's pretty awesome place to visit. And of course if you were in Brown county Indiana, well then it would be a sin to miss out on visiting Little Nashville Indiana, very charming little community filled with these wonderful little shops, my favorite would have to be a little glass blower shop, could spend hours in there. Lastly, if you're down in southern Indiana, try spending some quality time in Santa Claus Indiana, you'll love it, then right next door to Santa Claus Indiana, well if you enjoy rides and family entertainment, then there's no better place to go that Holiday World, it happens to be one of the nicest amusement parks on Earth. Well I'll shut up now, just want to make some suggestions after hearing that you guys are planning to visit all 50 states. As always, enjoyed your video, and you kids be safe.
