Recommend sweet matcha powder
Can we get sweet matcha powder
This makes me want to bake with matcha again. It gives me a good idea which brand I'd want to try using. I'm curious as to whether HEB has any good matcha, though. Either way, when I get home I will have to try the Ujido and the Trader Joe ones...I think the Sunfood one may be too earthy for my baking lol.

Me too! I read some articles online, Trader Joe’s is actually really picky with their ingredients! I support them whole heartedly!
That’s crazy I heard the less bitter the better quality matcha is . For example ceremonial matcha is more smooth and naturally “sweet”
Haha it is definitely supposed to be smooth~~~~ but it would have a very strong flavor, which is kinda bitter sweet~~ many brands that claim to be ceremonial taste pretty bland to me 🤨

I was going to say the ujido one doesn't taste like anything at all! its concerning. lol i have it at home! lol. I also drink 1/2 tsp encha one and its so STRONG ! tastes like pure green tea ! i think the encha one s even too strong for me even when I use 1/2 tsp instead of 1 tsp!
Interesting comment about milk. What about soy or almond milk?
I love Almond milk myself. I used to drink soy milk but I heard about the gmo problem. almond milk has really nice flavors too. I don’t careful oat milk that much haha!

@@MsMinglifestyle do you still think it’s good quality since we can’t taste anything ? Lol the encha one I think there’s something wrong with it lol 😂 I swear it’s SO STRONG ! I only take 1/2 tsp and my stomach Kills me for days ! I do have stomach ulcers ! LMAO. But the matcha Love brand doesn’t hurt my stomach! I am really concerned idk if the encha one is just super strong ??? Have you tried it yet ?
