      I thought they were going to plant the sprouts to make pea plants. what a mess trying to figure out what's going on.forget the recipes,I have no clue what they are putting in the dish.

    Whattt. To grow 200grams of leaf 1kg of peas this is very expensive practice
    At moment I thought like they are growing peas 🙊
    Wanted to add without soil it will be without.many nutrients in it for example iron will not present in these leaves

    Y’all sphagnum moss (that she calls green moss here) can cause chronic fungal infections in humans. It’s a nice try, but not a good idea as a growing medium because of this. There are so many other healthier options, including a compost, vermiculite, peat mix. (Peat is safe, it’s the same plant as sphagnum moss but what it becomes when it breaks down.)

      Robin Holmes... I have never heard that in regards to sphagnum moss. I did hear it is a nitrogen fixture for plants if dressed on top. Can you give me you resource for your research so I can read more about it. I am an organic gardener hobbyist (aiming to get better) but do not want to hurt our health in return. TIA.

      U can find in any grocery store, under the pulses and grains section, “dried peas” are easily available

    Without soil, it wont be much nutritious. Same like eating veggies with very low vitamins, it's like eating snacks

      These are just sprouts the seed contains enough nutrients For them to grow to this stage without soil obviously to grow into a full plan it would need soil
