I have the CBX 60deg in my bag, I love it so much. It's just easy off the face - the spin is phenomenal!! I am going to purchase the 52 and 56 this weekend!! Simply amazing clubs!

I got myself a 56° cbx zipcore this year and I am very excited to try it out on the course. It felt good in the demonstration bay, and the numbers were nice for me. I've not spun a ball back on the course but I did see numbers that indicated I did on the simulator. I tried out the rtx as well and it felt good too. I think both wedges are quality products from Cleveland.

I play the new Cleveland Launcher XL irons and they are great. I do prefer the RTX Zipcore 48 degree over my set dual wedge for approach shots because I just prefer the feel for that particular shot.

I have 3 CBX wedges in the bag 50,54,58. Thinking about putting a 46 in for the PW.

I am debating the RTX. Next to the pitching wedge and approach wedges from the set. With the lofts going up i am debating 52 and 56 which i can than both use creatively. Currently playing the JAWS wedges (50-54-58) but now really looking at Cleveland and Taylormade.

I’ve got a 46 degree CBX Zipcore wedge and a CBX2 52 degree and love them both. I previously purchased a 52 RBX but it didn’t fit my game too well and I gave it to my son. I like the feel of a heavier clubhead with more bounce to it.

Are the cbx not lighter clubs than the rtx tho

I carry a 52 deg CBX and use it for all my chipping around the green, and for some bunker shots. It's like my best friend...

I’ve got 48 52 56 rtx always play them different either square or open depending on full swings or less hinge half swing to fire it in low. Have wondered about dropping 56 for 58 as no lob wedge but usually open 56 right up.

I am that person "they are premium so they must suit me" thanks given me a lot of food for thought maybe cbx2 but have a bit of bladey bladey goodness at 60 degree where I don't ever hit full shots with that club - thanks Mark , golf is hard - choosing golf clubs is harder!!!!

Approaching 50 and started playing 6 months ago. My coach recommended the rtx and I’m loving it. Didn’t realise there were others. Perhaps if you’re not aware you won’t be put off a ‘blade’ style

50, 54, 58 RTX3. Love my 50 around the green, but really struggle with anything longer. It's such a small head I am struggling with strike. Sometimes hitting hosel. Going to look at more forgiving CBX or Ping Glide. But probably keep my 50 for around the green.

I just switched today from cbx 52, 56, 60 to RTX 54 & 58. Haha I hope I don't regret it now! I have gap wedge and PW in my iron set already and was tired of carrying 5 wedges. I have a feeling I'll like the RTX for less than full shots but miss the CBX on the full ones. Took them out for a practice spin today and they are different for sure

Question ? if all my irons and woods and driver are midsize grip.....is it a no brainer that i should also have midsize grips on my CLEVELAND CBX FULLFACE 2 wedges ? just trying to get the best feel....cheers from Canada

I got a mix, 52 rtx, 56 cbx, and a full face 60 rtx. I use the 60 around the greens and in most bunkers. The 56 in the thick stuff and within 75yrds and the 52 for long bunks and anything 100-115 yards out. It's a random mix but they work well for what is needed.

I have a wilson gap wedge that came with my set, then added a RTX 58 and the Chipper. Called it a day
Depending where i put the ball in my stance the 58 can act like a 56 all the way to a 60

Good call mixing. I just ordered a rtx 56 1" entendrd because Cleveland seems to be able to get tge swing weight down better thsn vokey. If it turns out good ill probably get a cbx for gap

I think I gonna chioce 52 CBX2 54 RTX and 60CBX2 for the bunker whit a lots of bounce for easy bunkershots. Then I can open up the 54 if I need flopshots around the green. What doe you think ?

Thats 2 reviews you've done on these and not once looked at ease of chipping around greens and tight lies with the larger soles. This is a key selling point of these. Couldn't care less if they blend in with my irons look. Thats the marketing guff their using. Ease of use v a bladed wedge is what these are about for weekend golfers who don't have hours ro practice

    • @conalsands4748
      @conalsands4748 Před rokem

Yes that is the info I was hoping to get in these. Like half shot chips close to green not full shots how they work for that instead of a bladed wedge like rtx

Just ordered a 58,54, RTX to go with my cbx gap thru 5 irons. Hoping the workability will add some extra fun to my game plus with hardened steel I'll get more life out of these wedges, hopefully.. Really sucks it's gonna take 6 weeks to get them though. Geez next year's model will be almost here by then lol.
And why is it that so many golf instruction videos, golf companies are using so many foreign spokesmen or instructors?

How is that working out? I’m using a 46 and 60 rtf zipcore. I’m a big fan of 52° but I want to it work as a sand wedge as well. So I haven’t figured out the right 52 yet. I’m wondering if the wide sole of the cbx2 makes it a good tool for sand use?
