Truly, I can see most of our academy graduates like Garner, Brandon, Mejbri, Periera, Chong, Pellistri, Ahmad, Gernacho, Shoretire, Fernandes, Iqbal and others can live to expectations under the right coaching methods.
It's time we build a force from our academy and young players plus the few available serious senior players.
Me, too. Some players in the senior team don't deserve to play for us. Just play some academy players like McNeill, Garner, Iqbal, Mejbri, Shoretire, Fernandez, Garnacho,.... they will save our money.

this. it's so important to me. i hope they all get many chances to train under him before and during the pre-season. I'm not a big fan of this summer tour because of the amount of work that needs to be done but if they can get some early sessions under him, I'd like for us to involve them for now instead of getting a 5 or 6 high profile transfers. Galbraith, Garner, Laird, Shoretire, Mejbri, Mainoo, Pellistri and Amad could do a wonderful job under him and we'd not need to spend much more money. 150M on Rice or 60M on Phillips would be a waste imo

I know Phillips is a good player, but we thought AWB was also fantastic, we all know how that went, but if we're spending half of our budget on 1 player, we can just forget about rebuilding. This club really does look like heading towards that hopelessness.

They've won the F.A. U-18 youth cup 2021/2022. I hope most of these youngsters are sent on loan to Ajax, BvB05 and French ligue one teams which are renowned for developing young players. Only few should be kept in the senior squad whom the management genuinely wants to give enough playing minutes in the senior team the rest should be sent on loan so we don't stunt their development as a player.

ten hag is going to love united's academy. shoretire, pellistri, amad, garnacho, mcneil, fernandez, mainoo, hansen, fish, vitek, garner, Levitt, Galbraith, mejbri, chong, iqbal. these are youngsters that can all play for the united first team. I really dont think ten hag needs to spend a lot of money on this squad. buy a CDM and a CB and use the youngsters to replace the outgoing players. you literally have the next pogba, the next di Maria, the next Kane, the next Gerrard, the next carrick in your youth set up. use these players well and your next 15 yrs are set.
