The Tennessee version of Vegas..lol. Love it ..I've been to Vegas too so that was good!
lol, it is definitely reminiscent of some visits to Vegas. What do you think about Vegas? I've had to fly out to Vegas a few times for a business that I own - I prefer Tennessee and the laid back style.

Wow. A lot to say here. We have so much fun at The Island. Love the five and dime store, especially the cut out of Mr President DJT. The Timberwood is one of our favorites. We ate there twice last vacation. We generally split a combo and still have food left over. It's also worth your time to visit Big Rock Candy Kitchen and I think Dry Creek Home Collections has a display somewhere but we couldn't find it. Lastly, I need to look in to the Dukes balm. I service atms and in the winter working out in the cold is a little tough on the hands. Lots of bandaids and liquid bandaid...lol. Have a great weekend guys.
We loved seeing the cutout of President Trump as well and that's a great idea to slit a combo at Timberwood. The portions were massive and we couldn't come close to finishing our meals. We'll defintiely check out the Big Rock Candy Kitchen next time. If you can't find the Duke's balm, have you tried O'Keefe's Working Hands? It's another one that's really good to use in the winter. That sounds like an interesting job. Now I know why you wanted to steer clear from Baltimore lol. We hope that you guys have a great weekend as well and thanks for watching.

Did ya'll try the Smoothie peanut butter cup? They are amazing. Those and Mallow Cups are my fav. candies. If you didn't try them...next time you see them, you should. We ate at Timber Wood when we were there 3 weeks ago and just really didn't care for it. Nothing we ordered really stood out...and my steak was next to being cold. We enjoyed Paula Deene's much more! Have ya'll tried Huck Finns on the Parkway yet? Yum!! Great fish...and the beans and slaw they bring out is awesome! Hope ya'll have a great weekend! God bless!
We didn't try it but wish that we did. We saw it right as we were walking out and after editing the video, that was my first thought - we should have bought it to sample. We're heading back in about 3 weeks and will be sure to buy one of those peanut butter cups.
We enjoyed the open aired seating at Timberwood and Jennifer's nachos were excellent. While the pot pie was good on a cool evening, it was just average....not bad, but also nothing that would make me want to order it again. We're sorry to hear about your steak not being warm.
We'll definitely be taking your advice and trying Paula Deen's and also Huck Finn's. We have both of those on our list of places to try out - you've already sold us with the beans and slaw being awesome. Thank you and we hope that you have a great weekend as well, Cathy.

@@missybrock we have the same problem. We usually split up and grab different chairs in the area and eventually a few open up where we can all sit with each other….but sometimes that takes a long while to happen lol.

The fall decorations look great at the island. Beautiful view from the top of the wheel. Looks like y'all had a good meal at Timberwood Grill. It can be hard to video in Timberwood Grill because it is always busy and loud. Great job on getting a video done there!
It is definitely challenging to film in there for sure. That was the first time that we've tried the Timberwood Grill and really enjoyed their patio seating. We always enjoy seeing the fountains at the island in y'alls intro. Thank you guys. We really appreciate y'all for commenting and watching.

We agree, Sandra. Those items were way out of our budget and we thought that the $44 for the Rubix Cube was an error but they all had that price tag on there. We couldn't believe it. When we go, we usually just go to listen to the music, watch the fountain shows, and ride on the Smoky Mountain Wheel. Thsi was the first time that we've tried some food here. I have that same Bucees hat! Porter and I rode those indoor bumper cars earlier this year and had a blast. THOSE NACHOS LOOKED AMAZING! Emmett didn't like those up and down frogs lol. Poor guy was scared. That pot pie looked interesting. Didn't look like any pot pie we have had.
That's really cool that you have the same hat. We can't wait until the Sevierville Buc-ee's opens up. Those bumper cars are a blast for sure and the zero-turn style is just awesome. The nachos were the star of the meal...everything else was just average, but the nachos were excellent. The pot pie was good because it was a cool night but the taste was just middle of the road...It wasn't bad by any means but nothing that I'd order again anytime soon. We're sorry to hear that Emmett didn't like the frogs. Henry wasn't a big fan either - these seem to hop a little more than the ones at Dollywood. Has Emmitt tried the ones at Dollywood?
