How to make Italian Red Pepper Pasta Sauce | Quick and Fast

  • A few years ago my husband made this Italian red pepper pasta sauce and it was so good we've kept making it since! The best part about our recipe is that it requires no cooking and literally no roasting of the peppers. That's because we take the easy method and use jarred roasted red peppers from the store. It makes this recipe so much easier and quicker to serve for a nice pasta dinner.
    Serve with your favorite pasta, but I like to use it with thicker pastas such as penne, rotini, or ziti, or rigatoni.
    I step you through the process so you can follow along or just watch for later. I use a blender to blend everything up and don't even bother cooking it over the stove, although you can if for some reason you think it needs it.
    It then goes right on the hot pasta and it's ready to eat.
    Quick note: I LOVE garlic so if you may want to use just one clove, whereas I use two.
