I know most people consider "Rental Income" as passive income. I however consider rental income to be active income - as long as I have to follow up with tenants, make repairs when one tenant moves, deal with maintenance issues etc that for me is actively managing those assets. Those are my thoughts thou.

Question at 31.50 for those who say they don’t earn enough, what do you say to them, here: if u are living on 100% of your income, you surely can live on 90% or 95% of the same income, the habit of saving needs to be cultivated first. So starting saving 50 bob every month is not much in monetary terms but is significant in terms of habit-building

We can't also ignore that the 1% is majorly white and male. They benefited and continue to benefit from systemic racism, colonization and patriarchy. That's why there is such inequality in wealth distribution. I would like to learn how to grow my money but I disagree on using the 1% as a yard stick.

🤔My answer to why the rich find a away to pay less taxes when the rest of us find a away to get up is, we are all the same in terms of wanting and needing more. When you are successful you want more, when you are not you want to be so, you will find we all have the same goal. We want more because we have not got enough, that’s the answer I think🤔.
