This series is one of the reasons I watch YT shorts. I'm now completely emotionally invested in the lives of Ben, Austin and Rich
You should also absolutely check out Drew Talbert and the lives of Nicole, Bridget, Brad and Aaron
@@marissa_____ ROLLTIDE haha, another amazing shorts series
Haha same! Great characters
Same here, “they’re “ hilarious 😂 😂😂
You and about a million of us ❤
Ngl, one of his first skits that i just thought: DO NOT BRING YOUR FUCKING FEELINGS INTO PATIENT CARE , ESPECIALLY SOMETHING THE PATIENT DID NOT DO.
Lmao me too. I was like “that is wildly unprofessional!” 😂
If the patient slept with her and never called her back I can understand
@@joshmanis9860😂😂😂
@MHS8807 its not just unprofessional, it's punishing the wrong person. The patient didn't wrong her, but the patient is the one ultimately suffering from her pettiness.
@@MHS8807right, that guilty by association shit is ridiculous
That pettiness is a massive malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen 💀
That part!!!
Except, if it’s an ER, you end up waiting and never truly knowing why….
Yrqh. But you proving it isn't going to happen. They murder people everyday. Go sue them. 😴
I often forget that Steve is playing every character; he's THAT GOOD at this.
I know...the voices, the body language and the dressing. So hilarious.
X Ray ? More like Ex Ray !
Great pun!
Badum-tss
I see what you did there
More like bore ragnorok
Good one!
Bruh no matter what beef there is between nurses, DO NOT BRING THAT SHIT ONTO THE PATIENTS. People could die or have life-altering complications or permanent damage because of a stupid hissy fit.
I know of a case where a baby died, because two doctors didn't like eachother.
@@barbarabreunis7788
Were they at least fired? Hopefully sued
I'm glad to be able to say with confidence, not once in my career did any of my patients suffer needlessly because of staff to staff altercation or emotional baggage claims. 25 years practice. Pray this crap gets reported. Romances can be held against staff members. Not wise in any profession, especially licensed.
Jeeze people. This is why entertainment, especially comedy is dying. People like you take it way too seriously and make content creators scared to create for fear of people freaking out over a fictional scenario
@@dreamsrmadeofI have a question, can't romantic relationship between coworkers be reported to HR?
"Dating within the team always leads to disaster."
-Batman
Can I just say I truly believe these are 4 different people, it is so good!! I love these shorts!!!
If I were the nurse I’d say this to the tech: Be mad at me all you want, but do NOT drag the patients into this. This isn’t about us; this is about them.
Exactly this
That might be what I should have said. Whether I would have is debatable!
Things like this are also why a lot of companies and businesses discourage or forbid employees from dating.
Seems like he was avoiding talking to her at all
Medical malpractice is a real problem especially if done purposefully
🎵Don’t f your coworkers ayyy don’t f your coworkers🎵
AYYYYEEE!!!
And don't screw over your patient due to your personal beef
@@clonescope2433 I feel like that doesn’t really need to be said out loud, it’s implied
@@alexthegr8esttapparently it does though, bc sh*t like this still happens irl 😮💨
Fr. I had to quit my job because of failed relationship at work. It was fun while it lasted. I learned my lesson.
This series makes me rethink every time I've been to the ER.
Same.
This is a great one! When I worked in a facility that helps disabled adults I think everybody was entangled at some point. Well except for me, I don’t dip my personal pen in the company ink…
This would happen all the time, because someone wasn’t an adult, so I would get stuck doing much more work to help the patients. However I usually always got help when I needed it. 🤷🏼
If that tech got fired it would certainly would have been justified. Delaying patient care just because you're angry at the nurse is never a reason to delay patient care. What if the guy died?
It's a sketch dude 😅
@@personalspace6270
It still happens in real life. People can be very petty and not realize their actions can have major consequences.
@@personalspace6270 I'm not a dude. I know it's a sketch I didn't think I would have to explain that if it happened in real life if the tech would have been fired it would have been justified
@@PiousSlayeror they just don't care because they "are proving a point". It's pretty fucked ngl
@@personalspace6270 it has happened in real life. There a story a woman ended up suing her local hospital because half of the staff kept bringing their personal drama to work and she ended up having to get unnecessary surgery because of their neglect
There was no fraternization going on but I know what it's like to be skipped over.
I was working in Peds ICU on the night shift. My patient was a baby who was being taken off life support in the morning. Parents had to come in and sign some paperwork and wanted to say goodbye to their baby. I agreed to stay over on day shift to take care of this and then go home.
Needless to say this was emotionally exhausting on top of the physical exhaustion of being up all night. After all was said and done the Attending came in to make rounds with the Residents. I asked him if he could first stop by and pronounce the baby before rounding on the others so I could get started on post mortum care. He smiled and nodded his head and then proceeded to round on every other patient before the baby. Then when he got to the baby's bedside, he looked at the monitor, made a hand gesture, and said "baby's pronounced."
What an asshole. That was 30 years ago and I still have trouble forgiving him for that.
Imo, there are two kinds of forgiveness. The kind you give for yourself to let go, and the kind you give because someone has truly made amends. Unless your anger is harming you, I think it's totally justified not to forgive this doctor. Those parents (and you!) Have to live with his actions forever, I should hope that kind of guilt lasts as long.
P.S. I'm sorry you had to go through that, I'm sure it was traumatizing all on its own. I hope you're well and taking care of yourself, friendly internet stranger
I was wondering if stuff like this actually occurs and affects the patient, you just confirmed that it does.
I hope that doctor never has to be treated by somebody like himself.
I am so very sorry for what he did to you and the family of that child. That was cruel and uncalled for.
@@Nellytak Oh I'm fine. I just get ticked off whenever I think about it, which is rare btw and only on occasions like this. I did forgive him but when it comes up I have to take a breath and do it all over again.
@@rebeccacorbin1590 you are, undoubtedly, stronger than I in that way. I think I'd rage forever over it!
I'm so glad you're alright!
Fire her, she is risking people's life or well-being just because she is upset about something in her PRIVATE life. Somebody who is so unprofessional does not have any business working with patients!
If that patient crashed or worse, that tech would be looking at a lot of time in court.
Delaying patient care because she's salty? FIRED.
Haha, 1) learn to take a joke, this is a skit 2) not happening, they are far too understaffed to fire people for just allegedly doing something 😂
It sadly is a all too common occurrence
@@morgianasartre6709yall need to stop with the "it's just a skit" already. Shit like this happens in real life too. Comedy takes inspiration from reality

She was an overall innocent victim though
That’s really bad that something “personal” has interfered with patient care.
Yes , but no. If it was too important to get x ray fast then he should have personally gone to talk with them as some emergency procedure need c ray conform on the fly. But most xray can be delayed hour or two.
I mean, if it was truly that important, they wouldn't let personal issues like this get in the way, they could be charged with medical malpractice otherwise
@@Mayurbhedruuntil they get the x-ray they don’t know how bad the emergency is and how quickly they need to be treated. the main priority is getting everyone their scan as quickly as possible, not being petty over a hook-up.
@@Mayurbhedru it doesn't fucking matter if it was immediately recognizable as an emergency situation or not, you don't let petty personal squabbles interfere with patient care.
Dragging relationship issues into the workplace is a one way ticket to human resources and being talked down to like youre a child
That last flick of the head by the tech was so accurate🤣
Ben needs to get to the burn unit for that

Company ink always stinks. Never empty your balls where you fill your bank.
It's the patients fault?
That's why you do the kind thing & simply text someone if you're no longer interested in them. Ghosting is no longer socially acceptable & it never should have been.
Agreed
He's gonna need some COOL WATER for that burn😂
I’d talk to her supervisor for being petty and how the patient is suffering because of it..
Hahahhah, HI Jean (hygiene)
😂 I was looking for this comment!
LOL
That's why he didn't call
And NEVER throw FLUIDS in someone's face in the ER...
I think this is a repost but it's such a good one
Yeah out of pettiness I’d call the department head and tell patient care was delayed and provide evidence to get her fired. Doesn’t matter why, if you deliberately delay patient care, you shouldn’t be working in any healthcare setting.
reminds me of an episode of scrubs were petty office drama was effecting patient care.
Holy shit, that's petty.
Letting patients die to own your ex.
From having pulled security at a hospital before, I genuinely believe a not insignificant number of nurses would absolutely do that to get back at a guy. Nurses are very pretty and very sweet, and a lot of them are Max evil and Max crazy, too.
I can see why he wouldn't want to call her back lmao she clearly has a high level of empathy 🙄
Just love how I really feel these characters as different people. Great work 👍🏼
Well.
Where I am from, forking your colleague and not calling her isn't the best thing but isn't punishable either.
Not giving proper patient care especially where there is data to prove it, is
Time to go to HR and let them know about her behavior.
He might get in trouble as well. A lot of places frown on sleeping with coworkers. Just keep it in your pants. It’s not worth it.
That water splash was personal 💀
You’re too funny. Love it. I’m a nurse over 25 years, you’re hysterical. Thanks for the great laughs. 😂

Imma keep it a buck with you. I love my job, but sometimes this shit is like high-school I stg
From having pulled security at a hospital before, I genuinely believe a not insignificant number of nurses would absolutely allow patient harm to get back at a guy. Nurses are very pretty and very sweet, and a lot of them are Max evil and Max crazy, too.
Nurses are nice to the patients because it is their job requirement to be. Nurses are nice to the doctors because it is a the ultimate status symbol, as well as the ultimate dream to become a rich doctor’s wife and get six figures to sit at home and play with.
if i was that patient its gonna be the tech waiting for an xray
the way ben say "hi, jean" and i heard it as hygiene. lol
Did he say "Hygiene" or "High Jean".?! 😂😅😂😅
I caught that too, and commented before I saw your comment 😂😂😂
Delaying patient care‽ That could be dangerous. 😐
I can see why he never called her back. Hurting a patient just to get back at someone isn’t exactly a good way to keep a partner.
Hipocratic oath violations abound. Gotta love what a little power and a bad attitude can do.😢
Xray tech should be fired. Doesn't matter how urgent the xray is. I know it's just a skit but I'm salty. If you think I'm wrong you support people messing with your care to make a point that, fun fact, SHE could've called to tell him how she felt instead of taking it out on patients.
I feel like this would be a scene in a medical drama 😂😂
Never let personal crap affect anyone other than the person you have the personal crap with
Lmao 😂😂😂 so many times I’ve been in middle of this crap😂😂😂 I’ve learned to not ask questions 😂
This series is literally how I experienced working in an ER 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is a classic case of why it’s important to have staff that doesn’t let personal things get in the way of work. Keep those two separate.
“Hi Jean”
Hygiene
Too cute.
Keep your personal shit in the parking lot. You can key his car, but don't punish his patients
THE BURN🔥🔥🔥🔥
Never use Petty revenge around the patients to get back at a coworker.
Now I have to file an incident report just from watching it. Damn it.
I feel like that's medical malpractice, idk though.
Good thing it's just a skit then.
@@SonarTheBatcould be based off of reality
In order for it to be considered medical malpractice, the patient needs to either die or somehow end up with additional harm done to them as result of either negligence or intentional actions by a medical professional. So, delaying an X Ray for a non-critical patient for personal reasons unrelated to the treatment is not in itself medical malpractice on its own, but its definitely still awful behavior and should not be allowed. Not something that would win a lawsuit, but it is something that could warrant disciplinary action for the staff member.
@@maysee2515 Oh, thanks bro.

Thats where you say "this is why i didn't."
Now we need a video of him telling higher ups what that nurse did and them being fired for it lol
The patient did nothing wrong at all and because of Ben and Jean, they got delayed medical care. The worst part isn’t even that, but Austin and Rich didn’t even care at all. This is one of the scenarios where nobody is in the right.
Not him ACTUALLY throwing the water!!😂 My neighbors might have beef with you, good sir
