Great tutorial. My only suggestion would be to do at least two more rows for beginners such as me. I have just gotten into crocheting blankets for special occasions and I use each blanket to learn a new stitch. Yours was very up close and your explanation was right on target. I figure if I can follow it, so can others. I am going to check other tutorials since I need to come up with a blanket by September so I am looking for a pattern that is unique but not hard to follow. This one is simple enough but I always have trouble pulling my yarn through the seven loops. Sometimes it was smooth sailing and other times I had to grunt and redo it all over again. LOL

I'm trying this stitch, and my second row of triangles doesn't look right... hard to describe but it seems to buckle. I have stitched and torn out a number of times watching the tutorial every time and cannot see what I'm doing wrong. Any advice or suggestions PLEASE?? I'm making a blanket for my grand daughter who is due in 3 short months!!

Is it just me or is this confusing? Is this an advanced stitch? What stitch can you recommend using to make an adult or baby blanket? I've completed granny squares and stripes and shell. Do you have a pattern for v stitch? Maybe its just cause I've been in hospital for 7 weeks and haven't slept the past week at all.

Its really not so advanced. There are other videos on here that explain the triangle stitch much clearer

Lol. You have to be a newbie. Using two stands is so much easier to work with. Easier to count stitches and if you make a mistake it’s easier to hide. :)
