Cool dash cam. The one thing I noticed was the in car reflection off the interior of the windshield. Not a huge deal but does lend to a hazy picture. A lense cover and having the camera closer to the windshield would probably solve that issue. Overall a good value. Dash cams are a must in today's world. They can protect you

One thing I noticed that is not in the manual is moving files from the camera to a PC. They say to move the SD card. All you have to do is plug a micro-usb cord into the camera and the PC and the camera will appear as another drive on the PC, similar to plugging your phone into your PC.
Kind of hoping to see how you set it up, as in turning the camera on for formatting the memory card, the features on the camera, going through the menu etc..

I accidentally installed it upside down. Is there an easy way of removing it from the window without having to get new adhesive? or do I need to remove it from the window, get new adhesive and then remount it correctly. I'm trying to avoid having to get new adhesive.
Another question. The description on Amazon says 12/24 hour parking monitoring. So it doesn’t record when car is in park and off ?
they sell a kit that you would need to have wired to the fuse box. That wasnt something i was trying to do

Could you please expand on or refer me to information regarding what you said about having a Samsung phone and having your phone connected to your car's bluetooth? I am having issues about staying connected with the dash cam app -- do I need to disable my phone to car connection? Thanks very much.
You only need that bluetooth if you were to transfer a video from it, otherwise the phone doesn't need to be constantly connected to drive day to day.

no it starts up right away when you turn the car on and you have it plugged in. You really dont need to do anything to it
I just purchased this cam and it does not work with wireless carplay or android auto, it disconnects wireless carplay from the wi fi, makes no sense, returning it...

no, the device transmits to the phone via a wifi connection, no internet type connection

No, it will start up on its own and record with power connected but the time stamp will be off since it's not connected to the phone. I figured all this out after I posted this unfortunately
I'm having trouble because if the app is open and I connect it to the wifi I then can't listen to my pandora through my car speakers. How can I have my dash cam recording and listen to pandora
@@lawrenceoesterman1174that's just how some apps work. Your best bet is to play your music on your phone and watch your video on your PC or another device so it doesn't interfere with other apps your using at that time..
@@lawrenceoesterman1174 you don’t need to have the app open to record. It will record regardless. That’s what the SD card is for. You can still use your phone to listen to music.
