I am amazed by anyone who can actually create something with this patience testing tool called Gimp.

There's definitely a learning curve but once you get the basics down it's pretty easy to use
This tutorial is also applicable to any other simulator where you make skins by making dds textures such as Assetto Corsa, NR2003, iRacing, etc. All of the knowledge is transferable between just about any other sim.

Hello! I did all you said, but for the Skoda R5 the format of the livery is different and when I export the livery I made from the templates from your link it shows all messed up in the game.
@@krumaleksandrov4610 hey, better troubleshoot it over on RSF discord, as there you can send pictures etc to show your issues.

Hi Janne great tutorial! I'm wondering what can we do if the car template comes with no scrapes?
I usually make a scrape myself from a crumbled paper texture. By using color ->alpha and making the white become transparent. It's not perfect but haven't found a better way really

what is the name of plug in which You use to see how your car looks like in RBR ?
I just used the base (vanilla) game and rally school stage as it's the shortest stage and therefor loads fastest😄 but to have the car in game I do use RBRCIT

@@mrrallyteam ah yea that's the pacenote plugin. Doubleclick on the right mouse button to open the camera editor👍🏼

Janne, how to change stickers size
Use the scale tool. It's good to note that you need to have the sticker as it's own layer.

For liveries, watch this video.
For cars itself, learn 3d modeling and build a model and wish that the physics creator picks them up (unlikely/impossible on non-FIA category cars)
