I still believe to this day that had we got Cadete in Feb 96 instead of April then we would have won the league in the 95-96 season and stopped Rangers at 7 in a row. We were only 1 point behind Rangers at that point an had we added Cadete in to that team with the momentum we had then we would have overtaken Rangers and won it, Jim Farry however stepped in and deliberately held up the transfer proving not only did Rangers cheat their way to 9 in a row, but also had the SFA collaborating with them.

Tommy Burns deserved so much more as Celtic boss. The dirty cheats with their dual contracts may have died but proper justice was never delivered. So sad to think that Tommy and Phil are no longer with us.

Maestro McStay's final stand. What a player he was! Head and shoulders above the rest. Love that moment when he just sent Laudrup to breath the fresh air. Fantastic, fantastic player!
Other than that, the number of shocking hun tackles that went unpunished is unbelievable. Robertshun, Fergushun, Bjorkhun, Serbian hun and Aussie hun to name a few. Moore was never a football player in his whole life. One blatant penalty awarded but another two wrongly chocked off. Where exactly was McCluskey's lodge?
Also, at least four of them players badly overweight (e.g. McCoist, McLaren, two Gorams). What were they thinking? That they had to play rugby or to contest a pie eating competition?

I’d love to see the full game. I was only 13 but I’m sure these first half highlights miss a lot of incidents. I remember Goram throwing a ball at the back of Di Canios head at least once and Di Casio complaining he was elbowed in the neck! Grateful either way. Thanks.

That team should have won much,much more than one Scottish cup under Tommy burns! His signings looking back where great finds!! Then the English teams came in to take them away from Paradise but they ALL played there best football at Celtic,Di canio did play well for west ham and scored that scissors kick volley to score a peach!! We only failed due to the Huns cheating on and off the park, assisted by their Masonic brethern match Officials. As this match demonstrated, we played them off the park time and time again under TB.
