Weird thing happened to me last year. I broke my right foot and my flat foot pains went away after it had healed.. I'm tempted to break the other haha
Bet you didn’t put any weight on your right foot the entire time it was healing. But that only put more strain on your left foot. So if you broke your left foot, your right foot would soon feel worse than ever.

I’m 23 and always had flat feet. I’ve always been told it’s not something that can be fixed and you just need to live with it. Now I’m gonna look into it. Thanks man!
There’s actually flat foot correction surgery. Many people have had great results but I’d definitely do further research to see success rates and know the risks
@@izabellapollock I've did it. There obviously are risks, just like every other surgery, but it worked! Now I don't have pain anymore, the ankles don't "fall" on the inside anymore and I have the arch on both my feet. The hardest part of the surgery tho is rehab. In the first week they hurt badly, and you need to "learn" how to walk again, you have to move around with a wheelchair and, when you can stand up for more time, you can walk with crutches, and you have to wear some sort of "ankle protection" that stabilises and protects them for some time. I had to do all this thing for a month/two months, but only in the first and second weeks I had to walk around in a wheelchair.
Talking about the results, I've had an 85% correction on both sides, meaning that the problem has been greatly reduced, so now it doesn't make an impact. And it sure doesn't: I restarted playing football and now I workout too, and I've never had any problems with them. The only thing that can happen is that sometimes, in the first year, sometime they would hurt, but now I have 0 problems with them.
@@davideesposito6876 thank you for sharing! I’m glad to hear you’ve had great results. I’ll keep this in mind :)

From someone who suffers with back pain, muscular imbalance, and spinal alignment issues… I feel your pain! Thanks for sharing your journey.
Did anyone hear the random crusader kings soundtrack? I had to pause multiple times just to make sure it wasn't me
Do you know anything about pinched nerve in back and how long does it take to go sorry to bother u
I can share with you what I did to fix my own body. I had flat feet my whole life up until 28, at that point I'd had 3 chyropractor visits but only when I really needed it due to money constraints. There's a whole long story to how I came to doing what I did but I'm gonna skip past that and just get to the details. I started sitting on the flat ground at my house if I was home, every day for 3 years to this day. Slowly but surely I worked on a goal of Lotus Pose with good posture. It's been a slow journey but it's been so gratifying seeing my flat feet morph slowly, the crease lines fading and new one's forming and those ones fading. I can confirm that my method has periods of pain too though, I came to watch this to relate to someones foot pain as my left foot is going through a shift and the big toe knuckle is being a real pain right now, but it's nice feeling how significantly my foot and ankle is trying to change right now. And 1000% my feet look so much different from when I started, I don't even like to think about what my life was gonna be like if I didn't start ground stretching/sitting.
Spinal alignment issues ? Whose told you that ? A chiropractor. Should take things with a pinch of salt , very rare that your spine would be misaligned unless you have a congenital deformity such as scoliosis
@@timothypiper5793 You don't quite understand the spine fully my friend. A misaligned spine doesn't need to be twisted or tilted to the side. Tilted sacrum? = misaligned spine. Forward head tilt? = misaligned spine. Drawn forward shoulders?= misaligned spine.
i dunno how u are taking that like a champ its the worst pain ever when they use elbows … huge respect m8 u got this the difference is insane after a fue treatments!
I hope you fixed the issue. I had flat feet problems for over 30 years. I resolved it with clearing out all myofascial crap and trigger points in the foot and only running in minimilist shoes (changed my running gait and posture. I can run over 9 miles with zero pain during and after.
I just came across to this video. Before I thought there is no treatment for flat feet. I am suffering from this for 21 years. It is an amazing feeling that I can get rid of this, no matter what pain it will cost. Thank you for the video!
As someone with flat feet I know how amazing it feels to get your arches pressed in, but I also highly doubt that a session like this could have any real lasting impact. You need arches.
I mean he did tell him to get insoles
Even insoles rarely fix the problem long term, I have flat feet, have been wearing insoles since I was a little child, didn't do shit, 99% of the time it's a money grab. The most effective measure is probably specific exercise that builds up the muscles in your feet which are too weak. Still your feet will never be normal but they might stop hurting.
@@kooroshrostami27 I heard that daily 100 calf raises can strengthening it and stop the pain.
@@Joao-ur7ey yes that's pretty much the first thing the more serious doctor suggested to me, calf raises to train tose small muscles in your foot (which are simply too weak, that's why we have flat feet in the first place)

I have absolutely no arches. I know the overall discomfort flat feet can bring. Even so, I don’t think I have the pain tolerance to go through these treatments. Props to you! I hope it helps you. There are certain yoga poses I do specifically for my feet and even they hurt, but I’ll never complain about them again after seeing this!

What exercises
@@jasmin3651 just search CZcams , I used to do the one where you put a quarter(coin) under your the balls of your feet , primarily the big toe and try to get the penny as close to your arch as possible do it many times for awhile. The muscle develops and you get more control over the arch and your feet until it’s second nature . There’s videos on it . Do different exercises . Also walk barefoot more. Never had foot pain. You also won’t have to do this forever
Not exactly true. It ALWAYS helps to train the muscles, especially if it hurts!!! Look up Knees over toes on ankle sprains for example. I've had pain just walking normally with orthotics. I do intense exercise 3 times a week, minimum, lots of jumping and running. You get stronger arches if you BUILD them. Some have them normally. Flat footed people need to BUILD them up! Of course this is only my experience as someone who suffered from pain because of it, so please go to a (proper!) specialist.

@@teehee5700 If you want to learn more about how the foot works, you should look into Gary Ward's Anatomy in Motion (AiM).
If your feet are flat and you can't form an arch, then you can relearn how to supinate. I don't know that is why you have a back issue, but there are ways to help your feet out. I am better at pronating on my left foot and better at supinating on my right foot.
I have worked on pronating/supinating my feet and it has been quite helpful, I have a better range of motion and less foot pain. It is somewhat involved, but straightforward once you get the concept down. It is just new to a lot of people.
I'm in my mid 20's and it helped quite a bit with my feet problems.
@@Itstime1231 did you regain your arches while relearning how to supinate. Like for example my feet are completely flat will I regain my arches permanently if I do those techniques?
@@kungfukenny8098 short answer is yes. my arches did go up some, but I was also recovering from spraining my ankles so my feet had gotten flatter then went more to their natural shape. It's important to learn both suppination and pronation. I'd look up Gary Wards "Anatomy in Motion" for a very friendly layman's class on it. $10. He has an Instagram and website as well. I don't think flat arches are a big deal as long as you can still do what you want with them, that being to pronate and suppinate.
