It’s only in 1945 that Rémy de Haenen succeeded in the first landing on Saint Barths. Since then, the island has attracted numerous visitors and even now, the landing is a major part of this unforgettable experience.

I used to see him quite often, particularly at Blackburn, Montserrat, for some reason. Think he was based at Aérodrome de Basse Terre - Baillif TFFB.
