Is 6 hours of practice a day for 3 years a lot? Will ot improve my playing a lot?
I think I'd hurt myself playing for 6 hrs straight. But if you're taking breaks, maybe?
if i may ask, is there an effect in blowing the flute when you are wearing upper dentures?

It will have an effect yes, especially if you are used to playing before you got them. But you can, like people with braces, learn to manage. I am not an expert in working with dentures but with braces we usually just take some time to find the sound again and adapt. Usually students manage this pretty well!

the truth is the flute was given to me as a birthday gift from my daughter when i turned 63 a few months ago. gor curious and interested to learn. all i need maybe is an easy session to make me learn specially how to read notes (i never have read notes). all i want is to know how to play the flute. as of now i am learning how to produce a good sound .. i maybe late to learn but i am interested. can you bear with me?
