Its very unlikely that something would get stuck in the hose as the valve before it is much smaller. If the hose is broken you need to replace it. The multi-tool comes with the stove. The repair kit is sold as a spare part.

What do I do about flare-ups? The stove is hot and I'm using the right nozzle.
After the first burning, the burner top a bit deformed, looks is the flame spreader spring pull it deformation, is this normal?

Hey guys. What the heck is up with the roll top storage bag this comes with? No matter what I try I can't get this damn bag to roll up nicely, are you supposed to roll it a couple of times then bend each side to connect? This creates problems with the zippered part of the bag and it won't fold in half properly, have tried every way I can think of to get this bag folded nicely, its hopeless.
What about the fuel filter?
How do I troubleshoot if the leak is between the valve and the metal tubing? I can't remove/disconnect the tubing from the valve to try to change the gasket inside the valve. If I try to wiggle the tubing, I can feel that its connection inside the tubing is loose. Appreciate any help from those who have experienced this issue. This happened to both my Primus Omnifuel and Multi Fuel, I haven't been using them for a while now because of the leak. Would be great to find a fix for this.

When I open the black valve on the hose (the closest one to the bottle) I've got a big leak around that same valve, anyone knows what could be wrong?

my Multifuel version 1 dont become fuel if i turn the Bottel to the "On" Position. only in "OFF" fuel come out of the jet.
if i turn it to "on" again the Flame dies . What can it be?
If pump is then same as my omnifuel, I would guess the little hose in the pump is bent the other way. Just turn it so that the filter on the tip of the hose is away from the pump.
problem solved, the filter was blocked complette, there is no exact filter to replace for, you can use the newer FIlters and cut a little bit away - push it in with force.
maybe somebody need this information too.
Hi! I still have a problem, with both gas and fuel. I'm ising the right nozzles and the multifuel is bearely used, but when i try using the flame just suddenly stops. Like its suddenly just coming air? And then fuel again, but that fuel wont ignite offcoarse and u SEE my problem...

Make sure there is enough fuel in the bottle and that the pump has "ON" facing upwards.

Karl-Erik Ellingsæther hi, I get a similar problem. I've cleaned the stove because I thought it was clogged. The thing fires up for about 30 secs then blows out,then I can't reignite. Did you get a solution for this?

@@nirwanmoktan9516 I've ended up using the pump from my old stove. It needs to be pumped (charged) to a minimum of twenty pumps then topped up more frequently than my old stove. It works now but it splutters a lot and I'm hesitant that it can ever produce the same heat output as my old stove too.
Annoyingly I had problems with my old stove too and then had it swapped for an ex display model which worked a charm for years until the braided hose wore through and couldn't get a replacement.
Was so close to buying the polaris optifuel stove instead. Oh I have so many regrets in life.
PS they won't ever reply. Maybe it's a stoic thing.

I think i'm a fan for msr.
- This stove is not made in china. it's made in estonia or a part of eu. just correction.
- If you meant about Optimus' stoves, even their stoves are not made in china, maybe made in taiwan.
- What do you mean "USA" = ENGLISH? puu...
Even I love usa, superpowerful country, their law, rules, systems, everything, however, not sometimes, many times us guys are really strange and they think as like you.
That kind of strange us guys are saying like that for example;

as the same theory, why strange us guys are doing youtube with us-imperial units? Nobody can understand about your strange units only US guys can understand and use it. Almost all the else in the world we are using the SI metric unit.

How do you clean the hose if it is blocked? This is the deciding factor for me to buy the Omnilite Ti instead of an MSR stove, can the hose be cleaned of soot/dirt? Or would I need to buy another spare hose as a backup? Thanks
