Halftime show does moves stocks. And I do feel that some guest front run the audience. "I like US Steel, I bought during the show".
Great info from Josh here. But as I sit here watching 2 years later I can’t help but calculate how wrong he was. He mentioned something about selling/liquidation of RE to the guy that asked the question...if he listened, that guy missed about a 30% upside in appreciation. Josh also mentioned he was wrong on crypto which he bought at $2500, I would argue he was early as Bitcoin is currently trading at $61,000.
Not criticizing, seriously considering his firm and doing research. (And I’m only 36 min into this video). I’ll be curious to see what he was telling clients in March of 2020.
Ok now back to the program.
Ps...Josh was very wrong about those shoes unless he was going for the Nelle look. Jordan’s would have been more appropriate with the jacket.
Most of his firm money is invested in the s&p 500
He wasn't off on RE if the Goog staffer bought more stock, catching a few years of the remarkable bull.
My 2-cents....
Big fan of Josh..... so many negative comments, but this guy definitely knows his stuff..... resonates even more with the bear market that we're in
You can't say you didn't have to at least skim the 7 and 63 materials , even if it wuz ID-10T level .
He was one of the characters in the boiler room.
Josh brown is the bomb
37:50 good call 18moons ahead of the curve

And the ridiculous stretched out white t-shirt and sport jacket combo? Wtf
Good call to exit real estate. Bay Area market plateaued 10/18 and dollar has gained strength.
downtown josh brown sounds exactly like jordan belfort. It really is how they speak on wall st.
Josh bought bitcoin at 2300, in 2022, that sounds like an amazing deal.
I imagine his early career was a bit like Boiler room
the film
Great talk but the part where he talked about his biceps for ten minutes was a bit odd
Where was that at?
This aged like milk. I see the yacht parties, all the rappers are talking about it 🤣🤣🤣
robinhood doesn't do fractional shares.
They do now
Robinhood past its usefulness.
These boomers have no idea
GREED PPP!!!!!!!!!
Bit of a chav
5 min in and it’s already boring as fuck
lol nonsense
This guy gives terrible advice on CNBC.
He really shouldn't even be allowed to mention Jack Bogel especially arrogantly the way he does. There is no comparison between the two of them at all.
Jack Bogle is every bit as arrogant as Josh Brown and has been for decades.
And fire your spellchecker.
He doesn't compare himself at all, he contrasts himself. Learn the difference. He's literally saying that he's not like Bogel, idiot.
You completely missed the point.
