That’s the only foundation my mom swears by and she’s an ICU and NICU respiratory therapist so she’s moving and sweating and working for 12-16 hours. She’s on the front line of this virus and she’s hands down my biggest hero ❤️

I think since makeup was my favourite part of getting ready for school, when I do it now, even though my coursework is all online and I’m not actually going to walk around campus, putting on makeup still tricks my brain into thinking nothing has changed and so once i spend my 15-20 mins putting on some makeup and listening to my pump up playlist, I’m ready to focus on studying!

Sab B totally feel this! I work with kids and have zero reason to wear makeup to work. But l still do a natural look daily because it helps me feel awake! I also love the ritual of drinking my coffee and listening to music or a book while l do it
Im the exact same way. I've honestly been putting on a full face and getting dressed up just to have phone meetings. But it does help me focus and just feel better. Plus now I can wear outrageous things to the "office"

The lighting, the camera close up, everything is so perfect. I love this video and how it shows your skin and makeup so authentically. I feel like I am getting a REAL sense of what the makeup looks like and how it applies. I would LOVE more videos done exactly like this, please!

Girl I'm on the front lines and I have to wear a mask-we aren't allowed to wear face makeup under it but I wear glam eyes. COVID19 can't take my love of makeup away from me! So literally half my face is done. But girl yes-makeup makes me feel like I can tackle the day:)

I was thinking the same thing. It's like putting on makeup makes me feel more put together. As if I am ready to takle all that is put in my way. The other day I got all glamed up to hang out in my couch and then remembered that I needed to go to the supermarket, so I put on a mask and went out. It's all dyed pink now lol

Tati I can tell u since I just recently got over leukemia I felt not very beautiful. When I found a couple of makeup channels and yours was one of them and I was like she is so beautiful and if only I could do makeup like Tati. Well I'm learning but I love watching your videos. U always make me laugh and smile.
My anxiety has been so bad during this lockdown and make up has been my escape for sure. It makes me feel put together and pretty, like the best version of myself. It makes me feel like i have control over some things in my life. Especially when i use colourful eyeshadows, like blue makes me feel more relaxed like I’m sunbathing on a beach (sounds weird i know). Sending prayers from London 🇬🇧 to the world. love you Tati💙

Whenever I have an exam at school I always do my hair and makeup. I feel better and it puts me in the right mindset to do well on a test. I did it through undergrad and still do it in law school!

Hannah Lima a lot of shipping/distribution places are only doing essential items if they’re still open. Makeup isn’t considered essential so...yeah no shipping. She’s a small independent company as well so she doesn’t have the backing of a big distributor in order for them to do shipping batches here and there

I feel this so hard: taking time to get ready in the morning, even the days I don't have Zoom calls, helps my mental health so much. Makeup is meditative for me, and focusing on myself for a bit really helps me survive the rest of the day.

Hi Tati! I know you aren’t shipping right now, but I was just wondering if you’d considered selling your eyeshadows as singles in the future? I’ve already hit pan on a few, especially the glitters, and I’d feel much better about loving and using them to bits if I knew I could buy a single pan replacement when I do use them up!

I’m in nursing school and since we’re online, I still get dressed and ready on the days we have lecture. Even if it’s just foundation or concealer, mascara, and highlight and even though I’m just going to my basement. Gives me some sense of normalcy!!

I've been experiencing a very bad skin condition since the end of January, I've been to the doctor and got diagnosed twice so now I got a different treatment and finally my skin is healing 🙏🏻😊 so today I wore lipstick and this week I felt sexy looking in the mirror for the first time in a few months 🥳

Hey girl! I just wanted to say that I totally agree with continuing to put on makeup as part of normalcy. Several years back, I was suffering from severe depression, and I didn’t leave my house for months (except for when my amazing mom would drag me out and have me do all the chores with her! My mom was *such* a rockstar during the time, but I digress). One thing that I started to do then was put on makeup everyday, regardless if I was going to see anyone or not. I can 100% confirm, putting on makeup, taking a shower, and lathering myself in smell goods would always make my day entirely better, and made my life feel a little bit more worth living. I know a lot of people out there might feel a bit “why bother” when it comes to things like this, but makeup really was part of the reason why I got through that time in my life. It helps, even as silly as it might seem!

I am wearing less makeup everyday and I feel fine about myself.
Same I started working on my skin during quarantine
I’ve upped my skincare routine as well and it feels awesome. Before, I would just wash my face and do very minimal acne treatment. I didn’t even wear much makeup. But I’ve been focusing a lot more on my skin and creating at least some kind of routine. Now, whether or not I wear makeup, I feel put together because I know I am taking care of my skin.
Can’t wear most foundations makes my eczema pop up but when I slap on an eye look and lashes it makes me feel better when workin at home lol

Have you tried Bare Minerals? I’ve heard it works really well for people with eczema and other skin sensitivities. I don’t have eczema but I just started using Bare Minerals this past summer and I’m super happy with it.

I'm really trying to pay attention to safe, and healthful products. I used to love my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer but when I went back in for it, Nordstroms didn't have any at the time, saying Laura Mercier was making it more safe, removing harsh chemicals, but the labs didn't have it complete at that time, so they had nothing to sell me. All I could think was, "What was I putting on my face all this time?!"
I'd love to see you go over the brands created for safety and health. For example, Honest and/or 100% Pure or even Beauty Counter.
I'm an essential worker, so I'm still going to work everyday. But even on the weekends, when were not going anywhere, I get up and do my makeup. I dress the kids. I try really hard to keep up our normal routine, even though we're not going anywhere. The thought of being in our PJs all day is just depressing to me.

Jenny K I agree. And it’s easy to get stuck in an “I don’t care” rut like that, and that is REALLY depressing.
