Good morning congratulations clear explanation,we buy Epson sure color f2100 , two years ago , this week trying to print same shirts and the white ink is not appear in the shirt we do everything to clean ,please if your company have same video to give as something different to do ,more than welcome thank Sr.

You could have clogged heads. I suggest soaking the print head. I haven't made a video but CZcams search, clear clogged print head Epson F2100.
