How to Setup GenyMobile Scrcpy - Display and Control Android Device from PC (Screen Mirroring)

- Hi guys. My name is Abdul Aziz Ahwan from Indonesia. Welcome back to my channel. Today we are gonna talk GenyMobile Scrcpy.
As a Content Creator that made Mobile Development Tutorial, sometime I need to mirror my Android Device to my computer, the reasons could be many, like Demo Purpose, Emulator Consume High Memory, Low Computer Spesification and Easier to Use Physical Device. It some of many reason why I made this video.
In the reality, there have been many screen mirroring Application, like Vysor, MirrorGO, ApowerMirror and many more. But, almost all of them are paid vers-ion, even though there is a free version available.
The free version has many limitations features, the screen resolution quality is bad and all of the animations are lost when we are mirroring the device in high frame rate, it has ads and annoying watermark.
If we want a high resolution with high frame rate and no ads, we need to buy the pro version.
But, now we can use Scrcpy.
Scrcpy is a screen mirroring and great tool for controlling our Android device from our computer and its completely free.

I can use it over USB but when I unplug the device and check using "adb devices" my device over the IP shows "offline"

No, Your phone needs to be plugged in, unlocked screen, and USB Debugging mode on. It will then ask you on the phone if you want to USB DEBUG. Select Yes, and re-enter the command, and it should work.

The proqram can't start because api-ms-win-crt-heap-11-1-0.dll isi missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the proqram to fi this problem.

ohiya, btw, pas tekan tombol (window + X), pakai yg *windows powersheel (admin)*, itu gada masalah kan kak?
@@abdulazizahwan makasih kak sarannya, tapi saya ga berani replace itu powershell (karena ga ngerti cara ubahnya, dan karena takut bakal ada masalah klo di replace sebab itu bawaan si laptop dari awal).
Kabel nya kalau di colok ke port usb 3.1 ada pengaruh kah? Apakah ada perbedaan dari segi kualitas video dibandingkan dengan port usb 2.0?

Windows Key + X then choose Run, type in cmd and voila!
bang, ada cara untuk mirror ke quality yang lebih tinggi ? (Misal mirror dengan quality full hd / full hd+ seperti yg abang bilang di video atas)
saya sudah coba compare scrcpy dan apowermirror, dan saya record keduanya ini dan hasilnya untuk apowermirror, tulisan text lebih jelas dan kalau scrcpy tulisan textnya lbh kabur.
Coba pakai versi terbaru barangkali itu bug dari versi terdahulunya, github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
Kebetulan saya ngga merhatiin perbandingan scrcpy dan appwermirror, karena kebutuhan saya tercukupi di scrcpy
layar sentuh lama + g (dipc bukan didevice) itu masuk realsize dimension, jernih bro

@@abdulazizahwan nah itu gak tau, disini misal dapet lebih dari 30 tu kaya delay terus tau tau cepet gitu. cuman pake appowermirror tu bisa 60 fps .

Hey everyone, if you want to quick launch your CMD without having to type in all of the commands everytime, I will tell you how to make a batch file.
First, create new text document on desktop.
PASTE THIS:
@ECHO OFF
cd C:\scrcpy
scrcpy
Then click "File" and "Save as"
Go to Save as type, and select ALL
Then change the name of the file to scrcpy.bat (Or phone.bat, Pixel.bat, Pixel3.bat, anyphonename.bat. You can do any name, but it must have .bat)
Now when you click save, a .bat file should appear. Double click, and then it will instantly pop up your phone!
