I just love how Capcom have finally turned Carlos into a character with an actual personality, and not just a random NPC with a "foxy accent that the ladies love". Funnily, he has become VERY popular amongst the fanbase as a result. In an ideal world, we'd see him again in another game, but in reality, this was probably it, and he'll go back to being irrelevant, just like Sheva, Parker, Billy or Barry (Revelations 2 wasn't enough, PERIOD). Resident Evil, at this point, is basically "The Chris and Leon show", with occasional cameos by Jill and Ethan.
Jill should be lucky to have Carlos and not be in a Carlos-less world
Omg. Carlos makes me swoon in this game. He’s perfect boyfriend material. I gotta say I prefer him in this version as he’s hot and I love his hair! Jill may be the tough girl, but he’s definitely her knight in shining armour. I love the extent he goes to rescue her and make sure she’s safe. I’m definitely feeling the Jill/Carlos vibes. I’m sorry Jill/Chris fans but Jill has more sexual tension with Carlos in 1 game then she ever does does with Chris in an entire series.

These two have such great chemistry in this game. Just like Leon/Claire did in RE2 remake. I wish Capcom went all out and made them a couple, even if it changed canon. After everything Carlos went through to save Jill and how deeply he cared about her, a kiss or even a hug from her would've felt like the most natural thing in the world by that point.
Carlos' joke about not leaving Jill in a cold, cruel, Carlos-less world has been stuck in my mind since then

Got to say I love the relationship between Carlos and Jill in this game. also want to say that Carlos Nightmare before Jill wakes cured from the virus sickness- - guess its forshadowing because Carlos says "Shoot me Jill, it's the only way." In the end fight with his boss Carlos (in the real world) says "Jill shoot him. do it. you have to. It's the only way." Then Jill seems supirise that the bullet didn't horrible injury carlos
