    Hi Jeff, I really like your training videos and watch them frequently. I wanted to ask how would you handle the question from a buyer “What type of people live here?” I have encountered this question in the past couple of months from multiple buyers and it sounds like a violation of Fair Housing laws. My standard answer is that we have a diverse community and say nothing more. Do you have any training video or advice you can tell me the best way to handle this type of question.       Your instincts are absolutely correct, and I've always preached the same message: steer clear! "We sell homes to people who love our homes." And then change the subject. Some salespeople try to get clever with this question. "Well, drive around and see what you think." I think even that is dangerous. Just keep it simple. Great question.
