hello Good day! The formal obligation was taken last may 29th, 2024 yet the date that was putted or the expected date in the formal obligation was August 1, yet we're applying for the month of September due to time shortage. So is it possible still? Or the dates in my requirements should all match. People are saying that the FO expected date of my arrival should also match in the date where i am applying for the visa so you won't all get confused about the dates.

so you dont need the Affidavit of support, if the formal obligation is obtained? at airport? for schengen visitor visa
Ask ko lang po about Formal obligation. Kumuha po kasi yung jowa ng forma obligation for Marriage purposes. Tapos may nakalgay po na creditworthiness Insufficient. And we ask about it sabi nila for long term like 5 years need daw ng 2800 netto. Pero since for marriage naman bale walamg vredit worthiness na kailangan kaso nilagyan padin po nila. Its so confusing lang po kasi nag email kami and they it doesnt matter naman daw kasi for marriage purposes naman they give us the formal obligation for 5 years. Di po ba maaapektohan yung marriage visa process ko neto? Sana po masagot
May kakilala po ako kaso sa ibang city siya ng germany. Yng asawa niya po is earning the minimum salary and mas malaki pa po earnings ng jowa ko pero yung formal obligation nila wala naman nakalagay ng credit worthiness

Saan po yun nakalagay? Hindi ko rin po alam dahil nung nag submit ako ng FO hindi ko naman po chineck kung ano pa nakasulat bukod sa name ng sponsor at date ng travel ko. Naisip ko dati importante ay nabigyan kami ng FO at sapat na yun to prove na kayang mag support ng sponsor ko.

Hi po Ms Lourdes! Tama po depende po sa visa na hawak. If long term po yung visa nyo no need na ng return ticket, pero kapag short stay po ang visa like visit or tourist ay need po talaga ng confirmed return ticket.

No need na po kapag long term visa po. For tourist/visit or any short term visa lang po need ang AOS.

Hello po. I’m inviting my parents po sana. Do i need to provide each sa kanila ng formal obligation? Kasi isa lang po binigay ng Ausländerbehörde pero may pangalan naman nila dalawa po.
Hi! If isa lang po binigay sa kanila then that means alam na din siguro yun ng german embassy po. Kung naka indicate naman name nilang dalawa.

Hello po mam ask kolang po is wala Kang formal obligation na ipasa sa pagkuha ng visa mo pwede po bang Yung affidavit of support kasi masyado daw matagal ang pag kuha ng formal obligation letter sabi po ng german boyfriend ko salamat po at Sana mapansin mo po tong comment ko

Just wanna make sure po if you have an idea na if the inviting person po can provide formal obligation (org.) no need ko na pong kunin yung bank statements nya? Thank you. :)

Nakapag submit na po kayo ng visa application? I think the same lang din po siguro.😊 If ever approved na visa nyo, yung mga sinubmit nyo po na mga documents sa visa application yun lang din prepare nyo para sa Philippine Immigration during your flight na.
@@rudztravel yes po.actually nakapag tanong na ako sayo before haha.Belgium Cohabitation visa po,and approved na.Na curious lng ako bigla dahil dito sa video mo.yung AOS na pinasa ko sa embassy hindi galing ph embassy sa belgium.parang formal obligation document po from na kinuha ng bf ko sa municipality nila.
@Rizalyn Gabriel Ahaaaa. Long term ata yung cohabitation baka di ka na nyan hanapan ng AOS and if ever man baka okay na yung sinubmit mo sa embassy. Pag long term visa di na ata hahanapan pa ng AOS.

Okay na po yung affidavit of support nyo, di na sila maghahanap nun ng formal obligation. Possible po ma approve ang visa nyo.

This Affidavit of support is so bothersome to get for many foreigners who live far from the PH embassies....
By the way sis, ask ko lang, when b nag start maghanap ng AOS ang Immigration? Kc last year nag visit ako Germany d ako hinanapan...
hindi ko rin alam sis kung kelan nag start. sabi ko nga na case by case, hindi lahat hinahanapan. at hindi ko alam kung ano ang binibase nila para hanapan ng aos ang isang passenger.
