Being overweight is a family curse
This is very well said. Being overweight shouldn’t be synonymous with being Christian. Seeing myself as a grossly overweight child lets me know that choosing better for myself, exercising that discipline, is practically saving my life. I was in the 280-90s before I realized it. My life expectancy as a result had to suffer. I love you and this message needs to be spread.

Such a timely message!!! I just finished a fast for the health of my daughter and self. I let go of what I loved most...FOOD. It had been my God for years. Food is my sin and I'd lost myself in it for yrs. It's a sin and ashame what I've done to God's temple. Anyhow, I felt great after my fast!
