Watched the Barrera fight again a couple of days ago.............that’s one that just never gets old, watching Nazeem getting his character handed to him 🤣🤣🤣
Abdul Mumin Read the book Paddy and the Prince. Paddy had to be stopped from leaving Naz. It was Nazs Dad that stopped Brendan from leaving. Naz didn't leave until after the Kelley fight. Naz use to take the piss out of Brendan badly. Naz has tried on numerous occasions to apologise to Brendan but Brendan won't let him and he has a strong right to not take that apology. I think you should get your facts right about Brendan the Man who saved a little 6yr old Nassem on the top of the Bus when he was getting bullied by 3 older bigger boys and then invited him to his Gym. And the rest is history.
LOL, you're crazier than Naseem. Mayweather was 24-0 and had defended his belts 4 or 5 times at least by the end of 2000. Naseem retired a fight after Barrera exposed him as a B-grade fighter at best and the only fight left for him stateside was Mayweather or Barrera or Morales. Dude was like the SixNine of 90s boxing with less colorful hair and a British accent.
Barrera took what from Nas exactly? lol. Nas only lost ONE fight fgs!! lol. He retired because his hands were small and just couldn't take the power he generated. He fucked them up over the years. You ask ANY lightweight boxer that hits as hard as Nas did and how much hand trouble they had as a result. Smaller guys hands have always struggled to handle big power. It isn't rocket science.
If prince Naseem was still active, I'd rather pay to see his fights over mayweather any day, way more entertaining than mayweather. This guy is what the fans wanted back in the days. A shame he retired so early.
+Dotextreme He retired "so early" because of a battered ego. Yes, Mayweather is no big KO artist, but the man has mad skills is a *WINNER* and widely considered one of the best fighters to have graced the planet by most - if not all - boxing pundits. Real boxing fans enjoy and appreciate his ringmanship, incredible defense, reflexes and speed. How about you just stick to Rocky movies...:)
Dotextreme Your post is accurate and makes a lot of sense. A shame your opening sentence was so needlessly crude and immature. Naseem was indeed an exciting fighter, but very over rated, but this did not stop me from enjoying his fights back in the day - the man could put on a show, and perhaps boxing could make more of a comeback and compete with MMA if we had more characters like Naseem now. However, the first time he stepped up in class, we all know what happened... "Stick to rocky movies lol, you probably weren't even born at the time. I've been into boxing longer than you've been alive", say you. 1. Please stop stealing my material. 2. I rather like Rocky movies (at least the first 3), but take them at face value/what they are - cornball entertainement. 3. How old are you? 4. Please stop being so sensitive, testy and punchy.
+boss bumm Absolutely none taken. Your unsolicited 'contribution' is most welcome. You don't, however, come across as terribly birght. And that's the best part...
+boss Bumm Really, lil' guy? A single type-o. Sue me, my boy. How about you learn to use periods, commas, and start a sentence with an upper case letter. Oh. It's spelled 'don't' btw. You're punching above your weight, son. But that's ok - more *LOLZ* for me and yet more failure for you:) I hope you get a new pair of socks and some deodorant for your 13th birthday. Hee! Hee!

Vic Alon He had legit hand issues. His hands would balloon during training and during his matches. Decided to take a break but never went back.

Franchement c’est beau de voir un combattant comme lui profiter de sa vie il a l’air heureux et pas sénile comme beaucoup de combattant pro après une longue Carriere
For those that dont know this man in his day was a sick boxer 👊🏾 37-1 says it all.
dude never comeback after getting embarassesed
@@kodiak809 I mean, tbf his style of boxing was so dependent on his astonishing physical attributes, the moment he got injured and arguably left his prime he just could never be the same again.. his loss wasn't that surprising and neither was the decline

OG_Mafia Aloha Snackbar to you as well.
37 fights 31 knock outs 36 wins lost 1 . This man is a legend
Nah. He was a decent fighter. He was extremely unorthodox, he had supernatural reflexes, and he could punch. But he wasn't world-class. He did put bums on seats, though - which is what it's all about.
thankyou prince for all the memories you gave us ,,you were the 1 boxer that i loved to watch,,you backed up your cocky ways and not many people can do what you did ,,,in fact there isnt any lol,,,your a legend my frienddddd

Have a bit of respect for this man 'Prince Naseem Hamed', one of the most skillful and powerful boxers ever to enter the ring. So what if he has put on weight...hes left the most brutal sport with all of his faculties and thinking processes in tact. Big up Naseem Hamed, thank you for your career.
Nope, sorry.
He was disrespectful to his opponents at all times. Therefore, sorry, no respect in return.
T W so was Muhammed Ali, i think you will find that is boxing, its all in the run up to the fight, after the fight is when respects are paid, most if not all boxers do this
******** HE WAS A NOBODY IN THE OCEAN ...... WAS ONLY BIG IN YOUR LITTLE POND ********* HE WAS NEVER A NAME RECOGNIZED THROUGH OUT THE WORLD.
Chris Haslam Naseem left because he realised he was not on that level when he got his ass whopped by Barrera..... Did not action his rematch clause....don't blame the hands that is bullshit.....
whoa horsey whoa hahah I could not have put it any better...lol

One of my favorite strikers of all time. The cahones and the brash sense of self. The original mcgregor but way way before his time and much more talented
I really like his comments in regards to how Entertainment is a big part of Boxing. He always put on a great show during every fight, in and outside of the Ring. .. Flips, Dancing, Fighting with his hands down while Taunting his opponents. When you got it, you use it, because there's not many out there that can do it like that.. @4:15
Prince, what a legend!
@Haydn Po lmao such a hater, naseem is a legend. By that logic canelo wont be legend because he lost to mayweather. Or pacquiao not a legend because hes lost before too smh. Losses dont take shit away from their accomplishments.
What exactly is his achievement/achievements that made him a legend?
StatePropetyTV wrong, he is not a legend. And I guarantee you don’t have much of an argument behind that statement either. It’s pathetic how gullible you are and how quick people like you are to throw around terms like that. Shit is disrespectful to real legends and fighters who put in real work.
MCB wail And Barrera beat the shit out of Hamed., so?
So what if he lost 1 match he’s a legend to the best of people. The weirdoes who say he isn’t are just credulous.
Watched the Barrera fight again a couple of days ago.............that’s one that just never gets old, watching Nazeem getting his character handed to him 🤣🤣🤣
character? it was his ass that was handed to him on a silver platter🤣
lmao loses one fight and y’all chat shit , grow up and do something with ur life twerp
noom3rcy he had many many hand picked fights, or don’t you remember that?

Worse thing the Prince did in his career was leaving the Ingle Gym.
But ingle took 25% of everything off naz trainners standard would take 10% ingle took 25%
Celtic Warrior agree 100 p cent!.
Totally agree.
Yeah I agree any gym. Look how fat the fucker is now!!!
I lived in NYC when he fought Kevin Kelly. That was the pinnacle of his career for me! Great interview!
If Kelly had stuck to his game plan he would have won.
Bob Nordstrom you. cannot digest his victories because he is not ur race.
Bob Nordstrom stop making excuses just cause you racist
jamais de ma vie, je n'ai vu un boxeur aussi talentueux !
I loved listening to that. Rahim was absolutely in awe when Naz was giving it big licks. That was great.
Back in the '90s when Mayweather was a prospect, he was chasing a fight with Naseem. That's a fight that Floyd wanted back then.
Razor Edge that's true bro Floyd wanted to fight him back then he didn't want to fight Floyd Mayweather he's just talkin shit
Floyd wants all favor for him.
Naseem didn't agree
LOL, you're crazier than Naseem. Mayweather was 24-0 and had defended his belts 4 or 5 times at least by the end of 2000. Naseem retired a fight after Barrera exposed him as a B-grade fighter at best and the only fight left for him stateside was Mayweather or Barrera or Morales. Dude was like the SixNine of 90s boxing with less colorful hair and a British accent.
Naseem got beat like he did because he didn't take that fight seriously.
Dam Mayweather would of won and stopped Naseem in 5 rounds but it still would of been impressive if Mayweather had Prince Naseem on his record.
Nas did it like no other. You can't take that away from him.
no you can't... he could irritate you all u want but entertainment value? i would watch his fights over ali's any time of day ..
+FOL over Ali?
when he came in the flying carpet haha that was the most epic entrance I've ever seen in my entire life
No barrera took it from him
Barrera took what from Nas exactly?
He's right.. 2 boxers I remember from my youth, Mike Tyson and Naseem Hamed.
Dancing rose ❤️
Imagine Mayweather try to come with magic carpet 😂😂🤣
“What can I say” is his favorite phrase:)
honestly speaking we will never see a fighter like NAZ again . he was a phenomenon , Legend , entertainer , family man etc.
Coward who ran from a car accident he caused with no help to his victims who were seriously injured
I miss Prince Naseem man I hope he gets his weight back down and maintain his health
He was a awesome entertainer and a good boxer. I cant find another boxer like him.
this dude is a superstar, there are no superstars in boxing right now :S
Commentator..you put on such a lot of weight, I mean put on such a good show 😂😂😂
If prince Naseem was still active, I'd rather pay to see his fights over mayweather any day, way more entertaining than mayweather.
How about you just stick to Rocky movies...:)
hyena131 Stick to rocky movies lol, you probably weren't even born at the time. I've been into boxing longer than you've been alive.
