I have an interesting idea for a Manhunt...
Basically, you would tell the hunters who the imposter is, but you tell each hunter a different hunter, so each hunter would think they know who the imposter is, even though none of them are. Then, they would try make sure to stop or keep an eye on their imposter. It might be hilarious to see them not trusting one another, and getting distracted with keeping an eye one onr another...

It could work, but the hunters would have to swear to secrecy, as otherwise they could tell the other hunters who the imposter was and it would be over really quick and become a normal manhunt
The main difficulty of building anything decent with redstone in a manhunt is getting the slime, I think that stuff is too uncommon

Oh, I LOVE redstone! Especially with the mods I use, I don't even need to leave my house! Automated crafting, mining, farming, you name it, if it can be done in Minecraft, it can be fully automated.

Given the circumstances this is actually fair,
1. you have to know how to use all the Redstone options or you won't have a variety of choices to defend yourself with.
2. You literally have to go to nearly the bottom of the map just to get Redstone, considering Dev is good at pvp it makes it even more difficult so it'll be time consuming and by then, he can reach and kill you.
3. Dev is a stalker 100% of the time.

I have a really good tip for manhunts. When you find the Portal room break the iron bars and 9 random pieces of mossy and normal stone brick, then block up the portal room so that they can never find it.

yellow grew mushrooms all over the end portal so the hunters couldnt get in

@@superslimanoniem4712 although it would break portal frame and the center portal block but the side portal blocks wouldn't break. You actually need 3 mushrooms to pull a yellow.

So this might potentially help you in your speed running. Um if you hold a looting sword in one hand and a bow in the other the looting enchant applies on the bow. I know this works for bows but it also might work for axes. So in short, as long as you hold the sword in your hand the enchant applies to your other weapon.

Here's an idea for you guys: Minecraft Manhunt, but every time I hit a hunter, they get teleported down a block. You could send them to their demise when they’re bridging! Bring them down to Earth to cancel their crit! Maybe, you could hit them twice in a row to start suffocating them in the blocks below them.
Another idea I had was to speed up time when the speed-runner is crouching. It could be used to speed up trades or mining, or it could give the hunters less time to react to their environment.

Actually Dev, you would only be sprinting around 4 miles.
The minecraft character can sprint about 5.6 meters per second. So in 20 minutes, they would run approximately 6,720 meters or 6.72 kilometers, which is about 4.17 miles, given that Kier was constantly sprinting on mostly flat terrain for 20 minutes.

I found you guys at work one day, sitting in my car during break on a Jobsite watching Minecraft really brought me back. Truly entertaining videos, first couple I saw I thought it was another dream scandal kind of thing, I continued to watch after work and the next couple of days and saw Dev lose a couple of times and it showed me it’s not about the wow factor of being good at the game, it’s truly about entertainment, my favorite is the write your own twists. Truly great stuff, keep up the fantastic work!

You should've used 2 reapeter on 4 ticks and that will connect to a piston that will push an observer to another observer so it activated the dispenser continuously so mushroom will grow and destroy portal

No those are basic circuits it takes like 10 minutes to learn. Just spend about 10 minutes looking for basic redstone circuits and you’ll know them too!
