Man, I thought I overpaid for my 350z back in the middle of the pandemic, and I did. But not nearly as badly for the condition of some of these awful examples. Thank you for making me feel almost justified for spending 8k on a near stock manual 350z and another 2k to make sure I unfucked the last owner(s) mistakes/lack of maintenance (most from a clutch replacement but also coilplugs and valve covers). Here's to hoping I can keep mine from looking like... any of these other examples!

I've got a 2007 350z with 90k miles on it. Only modification are stance coil overs put on by the previous owner but it's not cambered and isn't lowered too far. They just made the suspension stiffer. Manual with a new front bumper, clean title. Trying to decide what it's worth

@@ShreN_ true, I have found it fine to live with so far as I just use it to commute. Debating putting about 5k into it in parts though to make it track/fast road focused
@@spunckles9771 it really depends what you want from the car... The MRS will be a 10/10ths car, meaning it'll be fun and handle well at even 100% attack.
But the 350z is quite heavy, and is only gonna be good at 8/10ths and then the handling dynamics will start to fall apart. So it's more of a cruiser / more relaxed car.
It really depends on what kind of driving you're doing and what you like.
@@ShreN_ I went from a 2009 G37 to a miata and then after 5 years I went back to a G37 they are just great daily drivers but yeah its definetly an 8/10ths car however at 8/10s it is fast as fuck
If you're about to dump five grand in parts into a stock ZZW30 to make it faster, then I think you need to sell it and buy a 350Z or something else that suits what you want out of a car. Probably makes sense here to just buy the car with the power you want

I owned a 2003 350z new.... that year has an alignment problem from the factory that can't be fixed. Basically the camber on the front tires can not be properly calibrated. Stay away from 2003!

I got a 6mt 2003 g35 sedan for 2700 in February, 176,000 miles and one CEL for a p7016 or whatever for a PNP switch im switching as soon as it comes from Z1. So far the things a dream other than im 99% sure the diff is open or extremely tired and it has stock suspension that im assuming is factory cause its clapped

Worried I overpaid a bit on my '08. 9k for 156k miles and it ended up needing a new differential and the paint is a bit fucked. It's just that the prices on the HR models are getting kind of insane and I was too impatient to wait for a better deal lol.

What makes they fucked up looking ebrake on the raceland/rays Z funnier is the fact that even with upgraded shoes the ebrake is absolute ass for drifting lmfao all that effort to hardly lock up the rear.

Okay listen, my older way cooler neighbor had one of those focus wagons “hooned out” when we where growing up… it was cool, loud and pretty fast it was in electric blue I believe! Amazing color for a kid then young man! he genuinely moved to Tennessee when I was 12😂that mf came back this fucking year!!! Looks amazing for having well over 200k I couldn’t believe it tbh… he also comes around with a Trx so Budweiser must be paying him well or was I think he moved brands a while back😂 lovely car tho the focus svt was an amazing car anything svt was and still Is a 10/10 for me in good condition. Btw I like my cars how I like my watches bone fucking stock. If anything a “movement upgrade” or a engine build. If it’s not making hp or drastically improving the areo like a calm oem spoiler then I can’t do it. I do admire some of the kits tho fully skirted and wangged up but tbh at a certain point it’s just adding weight and drag at best, 95% of street cars really don’t use areo for downforce to load more g on the tires. Doesn’t mean a wing or splitter can’t help or even better a diffuser. But that is so rare to see even on high end performance cars until really recently. You can however take those concepts and apply them to a car you have like a 350z but that’s after you have pretty much improved every corner of the car to a higher spec and higher hp with the engine. This includes tired almost ever single fucking dude I know running a car doesn’t put Michelin pilot sport cups or even 4s or whatever Else there is. That’s the like only way to do make wings, splitters, etc etc work those tires and everything has to be damn near perfect.
I cant say anything i got my s14 pretty stock, but just beat, and just racecar'd. The shit out of it. So its been my cheap not cheap dreamcar. But a z is arguably the better car NOW.

370Z has more power stock and the interior is better. I know the 350Z is prone to the interior plastics chipping. But if I didn’t have my 370Z already I wouldn’t mind a 350Z
