Through the mist and smoke of the smelters yard, they wander the wastes, hissing, clanking, squeaking.... searching for a way to rest in peace, their eternal slumber disrupted forever.....
I never noticed that because the Killdane experiment is just nothing but a total useless pile of rusty old junked up scrap engines, specifically it's boiler and cab were from an a1 mounted on a 9f's wheels with a v2's tender behind it
@@DarkBlueEngineProductions2024 yep i knew this and the engine was built from test pilot episode s Gordon model of 1983 murdoch s chassis and city of truro s tender
I picture Gordon having to help at the works and at night eh hears these sounds... Then he sees another engine like him but scrapped moving along the tracks shrieking like a lost soul...
Edward: it was during one night when esburn, and I just arrived for the delivery of petrol for the generators. We were just shunting them into their siding, when suddenly there was a scream from another one of the nearby sheds. (MAN SCREAMING) the front doors flew open, and out came the young engineer badly burnt. Before anyone could ask him what had happened, something big puffed out of the sheds. In a cloud of steam, it was a monstrous looking scrap engine. It had no face, just a rusty smokebox door. It's a boiler and cab from an A-1 mounted crudely on top an inf's chassis, pulling a rusty old tender behind it. Steam hissed and smoke billowed from it's funnel and from it's cab, would seem to glow bright yellow. The hissing was pained, and at times it sounded like three engines puffing at once. The monstrous creation slowly puffed it's way down the siding before coming to a stop on the points. When it's corroded suspension springs finally snapped. (CRASH!) when the paramedics and the police arrived, they've asked the engineer what he'd been doing. He said he was trying to create a new engine that could revitalize steam on the mainland. He'd gotten a hold of the engine parts on the iron works, Using this place as a part shop where he could scrounge up all of the spare parts he would ever want. During his days off, he would sneak into the yard and steal more engine parts to complete his project. He managed to steal the complete scrap engine using a heavy holder lorry owned by his brother Fredrick Packard, father to jenny Packard in fact. (Inhales and sighs) to hide his work, as he knew that all this scrap would be very valuable. He stole and altered receipts from the office to make it seem like no scrap engines had ever been delivered or engines arrive with fewer parts. He'd been in the process of test firing his creation when the water glass burst, spraying scalding steam and water all over him. His goals were terrible and foolish and for his trouble he would endure many painful surgeries that would end up costing him the use of one of his hands, and a lifetime of horrible scars.
Edward: esburn, and I sat nearby so that I can provide my testimony. But the scrap engine made many terrible noises as it cooled down. Sometimes, it was a murmur other times it sounded like screams. The screams of three voices crying out for their end to come. The massive scrap engine was dragged away, and cut up.
Creepy I’d say, it’s just as creepy as the haunted mansion and I think it could be even more creepy if the sounds of the whistles and voices along with the puffing and creaking were together too but other than that it’s very good 👍
I feel bad for those engines. I'd thought that having their merged body destroyed would let them find peace. What else would have to happen before such a thing could be possible?

Ooh, i love that idea.. Perhaps it would be the boiler of a Union Pacific FEF-3(like 844) crudely welded onto the chassis of an ATSF 3000 class(2-10-10-2 wheel arrangement) with the tender of a China Railways SY at the back?
