I feel like every girl should know about cycle syncing and how it affects our wellbeing too. It has changed the way i do a lot of things. Really lovely podcast, in a world full of consumerism this is really refreshing and what i feel like was missing in terms of content ! tired of recycled content revolving around consumerism, want more on wellbeing for this life and after life. Social cleanse was a must to get the right content and channel which is how i found your channel. May Allah swt grant you lots of barakah in your channel and platform 🤍
