- Here’s part 3 of a full length DIY on a hellacious upgrade! My goal is 600hp on stock internals.
Part 3 of this video series shows how to remove the PCM for unlocking, plumb/wire the supercharger cooling system, install the smart access cable, and set up the boost controller!

This series just keeps getting better! I would love a breakdown once you're all done with the installation to know what you have invested in it both time and money wise. I thought going with a procharger was gonna be my best bet for extra power out of the 5.7, but i would certainly pay a little more for that whine from the supercharger!

I’m about to do the conversion on my 5.7 hemi but I can’t find any information on if I have to upgrade the transmission aswell to keep up with the power of the engine? Did you have to do anything to the transmission?

Do you know if a 2005-2010 5.7 hemi be mostly the same parts wise id like to do this on my 300c
05-08 yes. Research says 09-10 Hemis have a different serpentine belt spacing than the rest of the years. They’ll be added parts and labor to make that happen

Yeah I been doing some homework no one builds the transfer case on a awd chrysler only dodge or jeep so max hp is around 650 they can handle not enough for me I may have to go the trackhawk route or worse foreign haha thanks

In the tune, yes. MDS lifters and cam are still in the block though
