This is just hilarious at this point. They patch one method and an even better one takes it’s place
People : We want an realistic survival game, where you can build shelters and search ressources
People : SO We also want infinity log spawns
I literally see random people who have the game complain about all the log glitches while using said glitch’s…I don’t even understand…personally I’m not going to use a log glitch…when I don’t use glitch…there is no glitch lol its not like it’s rust or something. This game doesn’t have good enough online pvp for it to even matter in terms of unfairness.
@@TheOnlyKontrol very true people jus tlove to complain about any and everything they can, very simple just dont glitch if you dont like it, i havent myself and dont mind that this exists at all..... does not affect me 1 bit.
Pretty happy without using any exploits on my easy mode run, however I suspect a good portion of people are looking for these log duplicators because the developers still has yet to add regrowing trees in the game. It's a aesthetic and functional dilemma to run out of trees in an area forever, and the only way to get them back is to save file edit.
At this point, just let players enjoy the log glitch, players just want to enjoy the building.
Well when they patch things that actually allow you to enjoy the game instead of the bugs that are actually effecting the experience, like being stuck in an animation and not being able to save, or the cannibal with the club standing up immediately after you hit him while he’s on the ground, buggy building obstruction, cannibals being able to leap through your walls if there’s a rock in your base, and peoples inventories being deleted its annoying because this isn’t even a pvp game where building is crucial. This is a sandbox survival game with too many building obstructions and a fuck ton of bugs still and it’s $30. I feel like they barely tested anything because this wouldn’t even be in the game in the first place. Indie games on Xbox ran better than this shit
Thanks for the vid man. Took a little bit to figure out the sweet spot so you don't just destroy the blueprint. I find it helps if you aim high in the corner, like you're trying to hit the second row of logs. You can tell you're hitting the sweet spot based on the sound effect.
This works so well. I noticed you need to stand as far away from the corner as you can while still hitting it. ❤

Very cool man and for the people saying that were cheating or lasy think about that most of us think this game is beautifull as it is and cuting down the trees doesnt look so good anymore so until they add regrowing trees imma take advantage of the glitches
Trees does regrow it just take 2 weeks

Was able to get 4 sets of logs off one. Only got it to happen once by hitting all 4 corners after picking up logs each set. Other tree house patterns could sometimes get 2 sets of logs. Also noticed if you hit the side where the rope would be, you get a rope to drop as well

My friend and I started a new world and spent the first 3 days raiding cannibals. Turns out they didn't like that and are not giving us much of a chance to build a base lmao.

do i need to connect my controller to do this? or can i do it on kb&m and is this a solo or multiplayer glitch?
I got it to work once with the regular axe, guess I'll have to go get the modern one since you're saying it's better success with it

I found a log glitch on multiplayer. Log in and empty you loge holder. Logout, and log back in. Fill them all. Log out and log in with a friend. Bot log out. Log in and empty all the holders. Log out and back in by yourself and all log holders will be full again. Log out and in until it stops re-spawning them.
Not all heroes wear capes
Tried it 4 times. 2 trees. Followed the directions to the T. Rope side corner, Structural Damage on. All I get is a few chips and it disappears.

do you know what to change in the files to force tame Virginia to become a companion? i have a glitch where she never becomes friendly. already past day 60. friend attacked her on day 1.
I noticed that she reset herself after you finish the game and choose to stay on the island. I just hit her by mistake and she never came back to me but after endgame she was back bringing me seeds and dead animals.
@@Subscribe i loked at the settings and changed to match yours to the best i could. didnt change location. but she still runs as of right now. but no change so far. thank you for the try.
Just make a creative mode at this point. Just put a option when you start a new game. They already have the other options to turn off enemies all together so I don't know why they just don't add a unlimited log option

Yesterday I was playing and I created one that lasted like 10 minutes. I had 3 log holders and they were empty and I told kelvin to get logs, but he refused. So I went and hit E and was able to get like 60 logs from my holders, unsure how to recreate it!

so when did this work? seems patched, first of all I need to place the shelter really high to get it out of red and when I manage to whack it it just disappears :(

Amazing, this is what I've been needing.
Is this repeatable on the same tree infinitely (as in, the only blueprints blocked are the previous ones & you can keep going high/low)
Or does it basically keep blueprints on trees so you inevitably have to switch tree once you've exhausted the space on it.

I needed a dupe to solve my problem of getting trees across water, previously I was throwing logs in the water & spam pulling them across.
But a few seconds into your video you showed something I didn't know was possible in the game, the rope gun trick.
God damn it, my single player will be better now.
Now I just need to get my girl Virginia some better clothes

After hit it with mordern axe fill the structure until it have 57 log remain then press X you will have infinity log spawn without place new one

you CANNOT hit in quick succession, has to be slow 3 hits with tactical axe (WORKING) in solo/MP with tactical axe and others.

@@Subscribe just worked in solo, with the fire axe, and black axe. doesnt work with the starting axe. i think thats the catch. cant use the first survival axe.

I don't know how but i just built my defensive spikes and somehow got like 78 stones in my inventory (wondered why i can place so much)

this so how bad games are made. there is no any reason empty blueprint should spwan logs. annoying game anyway. are you attack or are you not. im building and whoeva what eva come. its just random no point at all. more you kill more they come like island would be endlessly spawning them and there allready was survival "games". yet again another same. i not see any new thing xD could be just update other
The island does infinitely spawn them. Spawns more exponentially each day. Cause, you know, its a survival game. Who would you be surviving if there were no enemies?
Just play a building game,not a survival.
Why play one when you can play both
