but it can be of Convection

It can't be convection because convection only really works with fluids (liquids and gases). Also convection would be as a result of heat rising, but the heat energy transfer from the human body to the surrounding area would be from radiation so that the heat would be emitted. Via convection, heat would be lost because it would only go upwards.
Not sure if that made sense, but hope it helps :)
