Great weaving! I am glad they taught you proper techniques, I see so many tapestry techniques done wrong and it makes weaving more difficult. Local guilds and yarn shops can be excellent resources. Peter collingwood’s rug books are online and free, you can use weft faced weaving techniques in your future weaving. You should try weaving cloth on a floor loom. It so addictive. You can also sew with your tapestry fabric.

oh it's so lovely!!!!! and the varying width tells the story of how you tried to do something new.......it's a beautiful imperfection that just makes your work richer and more valuable

Love this! Love your creation too! Thanks for sharing. I remember weaving in grammar school and loved it, my mother in law has a giant loom, guess I'll have to borrow it ;)
