Is it just me or does this really hit as an aspec person? Like, when I think of a commited relationship, it's.... this. Just making a home together, that's warm and comfortable and makes us happy... and then, if they want, they can go look for other people to seek any romantic or such needs if they want to, i'll be content still - "when you leave, to go fly across the sea, i'll be waiting here with junior and the flowers that we've grown". It wouldn't matter if they leave sometimes or if they have other people they love too, it wouldn't erase what we had built together, and It wouldn't make it any more meaningful and real.
