It’s good to have you back man! Interested to see what you think of Black Water. I have straight fine hair and Black Water is literally the single best styling product I’ve ever experienced. I use it as a post styler into dry hair and it’s the easiest applying product I’ve ever used for how much hold it gives. I wear I guess what you could call a modern slick-back (7-8 inches on top with grown out sides and matte-textured finish as opposed to neat and shiny). I’m interested to see how it performs in your curly coarse hair which is the exact opposite texture of my own.

What’s the best matte/cream/clay that will give my hair a natural look but won’t make it very stiff/hard?
The dead sea clay years ago was great, I could get some super high volume and crazy styles. But, for a while now it hasn't had the same hold and doesn't keep my hair up like the old versions. Now days, I just use it as stay at home days

In your honest opinion what’s the best product you recommend for a strong hold matte no shine water based smooth n creamy application? I been using uppercut matte pomade I like it as it’s matte n creamy but could use more hold. When it’s windy it loses its hold
It's really tough to get something super matte and strong hold but still have a creamy application - most will be creamy at the start, but get super sticky quick as you style them in. With that in mind, the Fuertes styling balm is definitely a solid one.
Flagship and many other brands are not available in Europe anymore :(

@@TDMStyle Its a really new brand and also from europe (poland) which is why it probably hasn't reached out overseas yet.
But if you have the spare money and energy I would really recommend to get one jar for yourself just to try it (even if you won't make a video out of it), because my hair is long, thick, dry, coarse and I find it absolutely perfect for my hair!
I got it recommended through the pomade subreddit, at least I have done my part in giving you the knowledge of its existence haha. Take care!

I'm a big fan of OB clays - two of my faves are Fuertes and Grand Classic Texture Balm!
