Really weird for me to not see these characters in Keisuke Itagaki's artstyle. (I know he didn't write it but he did the art for the manga adaptation.
Yeah I feel you but imagine if it was with Itagaki style and the same budget as of now it would be a beautiful sight
Yeah it takes a while to get used to it, not when you have spent hundreds of chapters seeing them as Baki characters look alikes, in my mind Himekawa is the third Shinogi brother and Fujimaki is a bizarro version of Retsu Kaioh.

Garouden is much bigger in Japan than a Baki author venture. It has tens of novels and multiple manga adaptations. Current anime from Netflix is a head above the whole previous season of Baki.

A hidden gem of a game, because of it i read the manga. Hot damn the tournament in the manga is hype all the way to the end. A shame tanba didnt do much in the tournament itself.nagata feels more like a protag than him because of the tourney

The manga is good but this adaption is based on the Novel, not Itagaki's manga adaptation.

This anime isn't based on Itagaki's manga adaptation, this is adapted from the Novelization. They're both extremely different despite being placed in the same world by definition.
Anyone can explain why fujumaki Jozu and other chracter looks so Different from the manga??? Pleases answer 😅😅

Ever seen a real fight? They don’t just throw punches and kicks the entire time. You’re looking for openings and throwing feints. This show understands that.
