@@robertwoods8939 life is a journey and the people you meet and grow to know and maybe love will test your selfishness and as Michelle said, some of them will help you grow and ascend past certain aspects of yourself. Recently I lost my first love and best friend and it has been 6 months since the loss and many of my relationships have changed due to losing her. I have learned new things about everyone I love and they have learned new things about me and it is true that we must live without seeking to impose ourselves onto others, especially those that are closest to us, and that many of the ways we impose ourselves and we must also live to not block the love we have from others, and instead give it to them, but that is also a process. A long process, a journey, and maybe it can lead to enlightenment(en- light - en - to be "in light"). The light can be painful and if we haven't lived in the light for a while when it comes upon us it can burn us but ultimately it burns us in order to better us and heal us.
Very unusual that I find and Alan watts talk that I haven't heard. This was a beauty. Thanks.

Personal Conclusions from various sources "We Are All One Consciousness" for the following reasons:
1. In this world everything must have a cause, so that something exists because of something else, as well as ourselves.
2. It will be very saturating / boring if we have only one physical form in this world.
3. It will be very saturating / boring if all human beings have the exact same physical form behavior.
4. Try to imagine emptying all the physical things around us only the remnants of humanity, then eliminating all human beings leaving only their memories, then removing all their memories leaving only their consciousness, then connecting that consciousness, feel who we are ??.
5. Body, mind, feelings, emotions and everything in this world is always changing, so what never changes ??, that is our true self, which is true consciousness. If everything changes2 / moves who observes, there must be something fixed to be able to observe.
6. All human beings communicate with each other is the beginning of the beginning / the future of human beings unite, only electronic devices today can unite all human beings, one day the device is implanted in the human mind and eventually man will open all access to his mind.
7. Our body is a group / accumulation of memory accumulated brought from the beginning of the birth of the first human in the world through continuous DNA binding.
8. Twins are born at the same time, what if all human beings are born at the same time ??. What happens if the birth of all human beings is not influenced by the dimensions of space and time ??
9. The twins are identical to A and B, if the whole memory of A is copied to B, what is the difference ??
10. The law of attraction (law of attraction) that our minds will attract whatever we think, because we are all like one part of the body.
11. Like some of the video recordings of ourselves there is a video as a vocalist, a video as a violinist, as a pianist, as a drummer, etc. The video2 is made into one in one video then it will produce a more interesting orchestra, something new and more productive. our world.

17. We are one, only the role is different, the memory block between life is what makes people feel different / separate. Just by brainwashing / erasing his memory then someone will be a different person but his consciousness actually remains the same. One consciousness experiences various perspectives of reality.
18. The lucky thing for us is ... awareness is always towards / seeking / having intentions / desires towards good / positive / happiness despite experiencing various mistakes.
19. When we die the body and memory are destroyed, how can we remember ever being dead.
20. Why do we have to die? ", When we are told to die, later this eternal question will be asked again and we will always be there." The world is a sustainable life "~ Bruce Lipton
21. In the beginning we were one, but split through a big explosion or bigbang to become different and separate as it is now, but we are provided with a sense of love for us to be able to be reunited later.
22. There is only us and the mirror of ourselves in this world, yet there is another world out there.
23. We will always smile happily seeing each other as ourselves "How beautiful I am" seeing a different self.
24. If all consciousness is told now that they are all one if the experience gained is enough, the consciousness designed from the beginning is so different that there is so much intrigue, consciousness is created differently so that when it comes together it has an incredible consciousness experience.
25. We are indeed alone in this universe, but there are still many other universes with their own laws of nature.
26. Have you ever felt to come to a place that has never been visited but feel familiar with that place, as if we have lived in that place sometime.
27. The world is like a script of a story that is being written by the author, sometimes changed at the beginning, sometimes changed in the middle, sometimes changed at the end it all depends on us as writers, and every story has wisdom that can be taken as a lesson.
28. Hair grows on its own, heart beats on its own, blood flows on its own, ideas emerge on its own, etc., are we involved ??.
29. Imagine today there was an event that caused only you to live in this world, then who are all the people yesterday ??.

I'm going to shower me with attention and my awareness. I'm going to give me a lot of my time. I'm going to be in physical proximity to me. I'm going to touch me, hold me, cuddle me. I'm going to try to connect with me physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually. I'm going to take good care of me. I'm going to care about my needs. I'm going to help me to meet my needs. I'm going to help me to survive. I'm going to shelter me from excessive suffering, fear and trauma. I'm going to have my back. I'm going to defend me and be loyal to me. I'm going to take on my agenda as my own. I'm going to make me an extension of you. I'm going to treat me as well as i would treat myself. I'm going to be happy for me when I succeed. I'm going to want for me what me most want for myself. I'm going to sacrifice for me and work on my behalf. I'm going to support me nurture me and encourage me. I'm going to cheerlead me. I'm going to encourage my self-exploration, self-expression and self-actualization. I'm going to respect my sovereignty as a consciousness. I'm not going to try to manipulate me, control me, dominate me or exploit me. I'm going to totally accept me and never judge me. I'm going to value me for my sake and appreciate me and see my intrinsic beauty. I'm not going to need anything from me and I'm not going to make me a tool to satisfy my own needs. I'm going to respect my point of view, wanting to understand my point of view, wanting to understand me, my uniqueness, taking the time to deeply get to know me. I'm not going to force your agenda or point of view on me. I'm going to listen to me and care about my interests and share similar interests with me. I'm going to be able to fully trust me and I'm never going to cash in on that trust. I'm going to see my realness, warts and shadow and all as I truly are. I'm going to deeply appreciate the finite portion of consciousness that me are and I'm going to accept my selfishness whenever me have the urge to be selfish. grid of personality were one person does not actually see one outcome of him self but multiple at once and it seems like days gone by but only seconds past him. a shadow does not explain what to do but that there are aspects that have not been addressed in the person. its not a fundamental problem of the individual its the outcome of a cluttered mind were parts of there life in there head play at once but they don't have any idea how to organize there thoughts because of the chooses they create for them self's. there pinned under a rock often they don't understand how it was placed. i just think reading at the history. the time period the questions people had to ask that there was nothing but unsolved questions and the question am i going to solve it in this generation or will my kids solve it. or if some one else entirely would solve it. the solid nature of time creates a frame work for everything to work at a faster pace some brains process information at deferent rates. i don't need a collage degree to teach me that. in my mind i solved my question's by thinking. and collage negates the thought of a idea when spread of idea is interlocking and compounds on many fields. at least at the current aspect of my life and as information solidify I just look at these video's and understanding the time period were this is written knows it does not apply to me in this time period.
my brain rationalize large numbers and location of people. on a generally world globe in my head. i am just a passive looker onto things. i just move out of the way when i know i'm about to die. generally a boring life.

How far you are willing to go to achieve your goals and become who you are as a whole. The good, the bad, become all of it like an ocean.
Breaking down the whys in your life, honestly. Looking at why you do what you do, negative aspects and all. Being honest with yourself about the whys, even if it shows us unpleasant things about ourselves.

I kinda had the idea that he wanted us to pick apart our own motivation. Dig to the core of what drives you in contemplation and if you do so long enough it is quite likely that you may find some falacy in it. I do not know, but I hope it helps you nonetheless.
@@paicemaster6855 I have no motivation or drive, that's the problem...I just want to be? Experience what I want to experience. Simple things mostly that don't require money. But for a while now I have felt like I should be different, I should have a big purpose and goals based on that to reach my fullest potential. That's what you hear everywhere. I feel like I would be a failure, a loser, if I don't do that and just live a simple life on my own terms, in solitude. Growing feels exciting, but it feels like being on a hamsters wheel, it never ends, always more to get, to improve. I have enough, I am enough...for me at least, so WHY would I want to get more and improve(process). I mean sure I wouldn't mind if a Ferrari fell on my lap or a beautiful girlfriend, but I must not really need it, since I am okay without it, so there is no way I have enough motivation/desire to work for it. If it's meant to be in my life, it will be coming to me while I am enjoying my life, and I am enjoying my life exactly BECAUSE I am not running after everything in panic.

The rhetoric on social media all being around "self improvement", "pushing limits", "gaining more", etc., has it's good and bad. For me it's been annoying, and I've allowed it to suck the joy out of what I used to love.
