- truly the best thing you can do for yourself, to feel good that is, is to do good onto others. be it small or big, a nudge in the direction of positivity is a positive self reflection. happiness is the secret to life... there's no doubt about that. one thing i can do today is amplify goodness of greater people, and act as an invisible conduit. and that feels good.

Nothing is free in this world none of this would be possible without a sacrifice to time. Someone had to take the time to make your phone, someone had to take the time to make Wi-Fi for you to watch this video, it’s a sacrifice well worth the time but nothing in this world is free because for anything to get done and work as intended a time sacrifice needed to happen from someone. So when you watch this video or do your laundry just remember that everything you have and will ever have will require a sacrifice to time. This thought alone inspires me to not waste mine anymore. Even in writing this comment I’m paying my dues in the time it takes to write all of this. The real lesson here that I’m trying to convey is don’t waste your time on anything that doesn’t make you happy. I recently lost friends who I thought were there for me, spoiler alert they weren’t really my friends. And I had to learn this lesson the hard way. Im much happier now because the people that are still there for me are truly my friends and those people make me happy. I hope who ever reads this learns an important lesson and that they have a good day.

I work with children and I love it mainly for that reason! They are so authentic, and they give themselves so willingly and joyfully, they are not yet ashamed or trying to hide their thoughts or feelings about anything, they express everything and bring me much joy and amusement by doing so. I've faced a ghosts 2 times almost at the same place. The first was a ball of pure light energy, which materialised itself into a human, who make a physical contact with me, i was frightened then. The second was a female in white hospital clothes(i was near a hospital) looking at me at the middle of the road and screaming at my face, and that was the moment when i said to myself - I am stronger then this, i am better then this and i keep walking, i was hearing the ghost walking and screaming behind me, and that was the moment of myblife, when i defeated my fears.I now walk there on a purpose and bless this creatures, and wish i see them again and hope i can help them :) .LOVE AND LIGHT !

"Whenever you meet a ghost don't runaway" He could be referring to our minds in a way. The ghost is the thought aka something that doesn't exist. So in other words when you have a thought that you don't like then don't runaway from it because it only makes the thoughts stronger. And as he said " The only way to handle danger is to face it". So the only way to handle thoughts are to face them and acknowledge that they exist but don't resist, runaway or fight them because they'll only grow stronger and they'll eventually become feelings. Mindfullness!

Camlo Carter. This is good food for the mind.But in life as some know it, it does seem, to use since when it is other than a thought or day dream. Thoughts are just that. As it is in the life as most know. It is of things that people do say and see. The difference is only how you think at that given minute and keep thinking the minutes on in the moments situation. Balance is Key in all things we do AND think. Myself I get a few different messages from this, and it somes up to just in what people Believe,over all, The things that are good, are just that. I got enlightened last year at the most difficult time in my life. It was so tough and depressing. Then, one day I started to see beauty in really simple things and it felt like there was just peace around me.I would look at people in the carriage and be curious about each and every one. Can I just say that I believe in you, I believe in the youth and the younger generation! I have always known it. I've felt it coming for years. Anyone listening in 2022, thumbs up👍... I have the perspective from early childhood of what Alan is amazingly narrating about, but I am amazed and impressed of how Alan can put it in to words beautifully, he is really graced and blessed. One can feel the enlightenment or whatever you call the realisation, but it's totally different to put it out to others... Its a contemplation to listen to him.

The music, I think, detracts from the listening pleasure. At several points I noticed I was hearing music and waiting for Alan Watts to continue. It seems, to me, one must listen to a person's pauses, as much as the person's words to "get" the communication.
Adding music to Alan Watts' spoken word is like "gilding the lilly" or sprinkling sugar on a steak.

The problem with seeing through the game, which is where I've arrived, is that you'll find yourself seeing so much of the illusion of this existence, that the only thing that will even remotely bring you joy is involvement in the very absolute greatest pursuit you can think of, and nothing else will do. You may even begin to find utter meaninglessness and intolerance of the menial aspects of daily life, where common activities like cleaning, cooking, eating, paying bills, work, and literally anything and everything becomes a draining and unwanted labor, because you now see it as an actor on stage, being told to hit points on the floor but you are receiving zero benefit from the performance, zero accolades from a crowd that is not there, and you yourself are every actor, the writer, the director, and the critics. You see that you're not this life, not this body, not your choices, not your hopes and dearly wanted dreams which you've held onto with such anticipation and sacrifice and endeavor. This life is a single breath, drawn and as quickly released, and after this we return to what we truly are, seeing our own glory for the first time. I wish I'd asked for something else, rather than to be given insights into the nature of God and this creation; something small and practical, which would allow my continued immersion in the illusion, and perhaps allow some modicum of peace.

If eating is unwanted labor, don't eat. Because eventually eating WILL become something more than unwanted labor for you, I assure you. It will propably happen in just 2-3 days. ;) The problem usually is not in the labor, it is in our motive doing that labor. Most of us actually don't clean up for the sake of cleaning up; we clean up because we were programmed as children to do it after certain time intervals or we will lose desert. As adults, when we start waking up, we start feeling very bad about everything that was programmed into us, about everything we do for wrong motives. But if you stop doing the cleaning, and once you drown in sh*t, you are certainly going to find the joy of living in a clean house eventually, I can assure you. :D

It’s so relieving to hear some of things that Watts says because I’ve felt these feelings and have been ridiculed for “not playing the game” or “playing my own game”. I won’t play this society’s game. I’ll follow the laws of the land, but I won’t try to live by society’s standards.

I walk amongst these slien creatures, who are mostly kind & compassionate towards me. They also may act that way bc I have been labeled disabled & carry the title with pride. Just because I think like none of you doesnt mean I should be ashamed of who I am. I try to be a beacon for others, for I've found if you are your authentic self, you give others permission to shine out who they are truly. I've also learned some have no clue & I'm beginning to be able to discern.
