Hi Sherry. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and I absolutely understand what you mean but I also suffer from anxiety and sleep problems. I have started using weighted banket and I can swear by it. It is only on the bottom half of my bed on top of my duvet so I only have my legs covered. I generally think it helps❤
I already know my weight size, but do you choose the dimensions of the blanket based on your own height, or do you choose it based on the bed size? I'd love a larger king size blanket, but does that mean the weight will be distributed less over my body?
Sadly my twin mattresses set is from 1977. I'm feeling like l'm sleeping on a Camel back lumps and bumps the mattress is tearing at the seams, no support. What is sleep! Good video. Thanks.
The Bearaby Tree Napper is great, I love it! I own 3-4 other weighted blankets and I’m a hot sleeper as well due to chemo/menopause. I keep my sliding glass door open right by my bed all night in the winter, and in the summer i just try to keep the room as cool as possible. For those months a light silk filled duvet with a thin cotton/bamboo cover works or even just a light sheet with my Pendleton wool blanket covering my legs. I find wool to be my best friend year round, those thin wool/cashmere throw blankets are great too and I find really nice ones for a great price at goodwill or other thrift shops.
