    I have a question. Do I have to eat more food, even when I am not hungry, just to get my period back, or should I just listen to my hunger and fullness cues?

    Ut it's so haaard... me I ask a question?? Wha'ts worst: walking a lot (aroun 1-1:30 hr) or an hour bodyweight workout? for a day??

      if u eat enough nth is bad. i regained my period while still running 40+km/week
