Did it bother anyone else how he slashed the deck when he cut the plastic? I know you'll never see it again after the grip tape gets put on but if I did that I would never forget that it was there.
C'omon man!!! The first kick flip you miss, the damage is gonna be way worse than a simple razor blade mark. And I haven't mentioned yet the wear and tear on the tail.

Lembro de quando era adolescente e a dificuldade que era conseguir grana pra montar um skate massa, era juntar cada real que sobrava e no final, a felicidade de andar no skate novo era foda! Hoje, depois de ter passado dos 30, quando olho os skates parece tudo tão mais “barato”, mais acessível, e isso é a maior prova de que a felicidade não está no dinheiro, mas em viver o momento que você curte muito uma parada. Viva o skate!

@@brandonjones5096 right, its a tiny scratch, you won't see it under the grip tape obviously, and its not gonna compromise the integrity of the deck.
It's a skateboard, 4 months and it's going to be absolutely *wrecked* anyway.
Besides, you're never going to see it with all the grip.
Dude, just a some observations:
1.- when changing the bushings from original Indys to Bones, use the washer from the original top bushing to give support to the bottom new bones bushing. The hard black part of the bushing tends to separate from the elastomer (white part of bushing)
2.- when putting the grip tape, use a one that it’s not as smashed as the one the sent you.
3.- when tighten the bolts, screw them until the head is flushed with the grip tape/board

One of the main things I miss from skateboarding is setting up a new board and wheels. Bearing and trucks last a while, but a new board and wheels are so so fresh. The clean snap the tail makes can only be appreciated by certain people.
I want to see this guy actually ride one of these nice boards

Awesome build mate. That’s a lot of wiggle room for the wheels though. With speed rings and spacers the wheels should not need that much wiggle room to roll well. But your board your rules ;) I like em with a snug fit if possible.

My best setup in the 90s: World Industries deck, Fury trucks with the cobalt blue hangers and China gold bones bearings.
I don't remember what my wheels were though.
I still have it, it's just in two pieces now.

I always thought you're supposed to tighten your wheels all the way down. Hmm I'll have to try that.
Yup when you tighten the bolts and the wheel is sitting there loose. Once that bolt starts getting close to the wheel go slowly and you can feel the spot like he did in the video.
Not all the way, should be slight wiggle room imo but definitely more than he tightened them.
