So, It's still impressive, he got 265, even when he's been stroken out a few times... he's on 265... don't you remember the only time this season they have pitched him all the turns... 5 hits game...

Though I will say, A-Rod and Jeter look like they just spent 3 hours roasting in a tanning bed and as a result have this extremely dark and unnatural looking skin that looks like leather and is dry AF!
Just saying, we here in Seattle take our skin health seriously, and never ever glamorize tanning adicts who have extremely dark brown wrinkly dry skin as a result of excessive tanning! That's why Washington State has some of the lowest skin cancer rates in the country!

I don’t understand why Soto is considered a superstar. Is it merely based off potential? Because I haven’t seen it translate into the batter’s box.
    Can someone explain, please.

I don't think you've seen him slot, he's good even if he has slumped a little, he's a superstar no doubt.

@@SDPadresfan23 he ranks 42nd in the top offensive categories (BA, HR, RBI, OPS) and 18th in WAR.
That’s hardly All-Star numbers, let alone “Superstar”.

@@ClutchGeneit’s based on the numbers he’s put up during his rookie year he beat the Astros got nationals into playoffs etc people forget he’s not anywhere near his prime yet but because he put up great numbers since he started people expect that he set the bar too high for himself

@@ClutchGeneyou have to factor in his age. He's a top 20 all time player through age 24. He's had two top 5 mvp finishes already as well.
