    All hype and artificial, those who fell in trap of realtors are struggling to meet the EMI and ultimately banks are also struggling to get their money back as they fail even to auction as no takers for such flats. The root cause behind is recession set in in the IT, as also the lay offs and low salaries in IT sector unlike good old days.

    big builders strategy : Go far from the city (around 30km from city) and construct once gated community( this is investment). Now realestate mafia begins, buy all surrounding agricultural lands and convert to plots. hype hype hype..dinamma jivitam world lo ekkada lenanta market akkde vunnatlu create chestharu. Example myhome Tridasa.

    I am not able to buy one flat in kokapet. Very less inventory available and those are either on ground floor or wrong planned unit .
