    So, can anyone tell me what are the advantages of a skyscraper to common Telangana people and people of India?
    I can say many disadvantages:
    1. Hyderabad traffic already out beaten Bangalore. What about the future of our city if we get these concrete jungles everywhere?
    2. A person needs minimum 5lakh in hand salary to buy home in these buildings. So, who earns 5lakh per month.
    3. Cost of living in surrounding areas will be increased. Middle class people can't afford rent in those areas.
    4. Public can enjoy seeing those buildings for first time and take some photo graphs to put in social media.
    5. Social media pages will make good reels with drone shots and nice bgm's.
    This what my perspective. These skyscrapers helpful for realtors, ultra rich and scammer and for some social media fun. This won't fill pockets of middle class.

      Why everything to be seen only for poor and middle class? Above middle class to super rich mostly buy at these areas. All these projects will have good landscaping with trees around. If you compare to builderfloors with no setbacks and zero plants along with 30ft roads these Highrises are coming with more openspace with greenery around it with all 100ft roads. Also 1000s of poor and middle class people gets jobs at these areas for house help, accountents and many more. Everything comes with its own advantages and disadvantages.

      @@user-ol1oz4rd8k I meant to say everything in this world is not for just Middle class and normal people. You said what is the advantage of skyscraper for common people by thinking common people means middle class people. And I clearly mentioned how Builderfloors used to be if not the skyscraper at these areas as we wont see much of 100ft roads if not for highrises as builderfloor apts dont need 100ft roads as per rule. But I will try to tell from my side about these points. Skyscrapers isnt a problem but unlimited FSI does. Bangalore have 40ft roads everywhere other then ORR and main areas, Most of the residential areas wont even have place to park a car as well. When we come to the west hyderabad where all these skyscraper are coming we see only 100ft roads. Is there any developed country without skyscrapers? arent they doing good? Thats how cities grow. If apts are getting sold means people are earning and they are buying the apts. You dont need 5lk salary to afford the apt at that area, you just need good planning. The ORR is so long that you can find a flat according to your budget. Yes cost of living increases according to your lifestyle and middle class will find better places according to their budget as we have very big roads from FiDi to Patancheru service roads. If you say how middles class can survive in Jubliee hills? what can we say? there are other places accordingly.

      @@gopinath4119 you mentioned "you don't need 5lakh salary to afford apt in that area. You need better planning."
      Let me give you a calculation. Person "A" earns 3lakh per month. Apt in that area not less than 3cr. In 3lakh, A will get 2l after all tax deductions. A has savings of 30lakhs. Then A will go for 2.7cr for loan. So, "A" needs to pay EMI of 2.25 lakh per month considering interest rate 8. So, 3Lakh personnel can't afford a 3cr home. That's why I mentioned 5lakh per month.

    I don't understand why nobody is talking about the traffic that is going to be added to the roads once these projects are occupied. I hope traffic congestion is also taken into consideration when these projects are given approvals.

      Theae are low density projects like even there are 55 floors but there will be 100 to 200 flats only. But recent news about the guy Bala Krishna(HMDA Director) who caught by ED where they find 100crores of cash where he have given approvel at these areas only. 😀

      These projects wil take lot of time to get sold and most probably the end users will be half of those sales. Mostly investors will buy these from developers.

      In Mumbai, apts cost starts from 15cr to 20cr inside the city just like FiDi and sizes are 2k sft and 3k sft only. People might say Hyderabad have more land but people want to live near to every thing. People will keep coming to Hyderabad and population keep increasing. But ya its quite surprising to see 55 floors on a 2 acre plot.

Premier Indian institutes, PCPIR region , heavy industries like Vijag steel plant, KIA, hero motor corp, BEL etc..

      ​@@vikramrajput6046Newyork has skyscrapers restricted to only one region of the city unlike Hyderabad. And Newyork is slowing sinking due to the weight of the skyscrapers. Hyd is a deccan plateau so it won't sink but water, sewerage,traffic and heat will be the biggest problems in the future.

    As much as this reflects the economic growth of Hyderabad, skyscrapers at this level of density and apartments of these heights and massive square feet do not help in the long run. Shouldn't we learn from the inflated prices of other metro cities? Hyderabad is moving to the unaffordable category as well

    All is good but, i am not sure how inventory is going to get filled up , does hyd public have so much money to buy such luxurious flats ?? understood they will be NRI and non local buyers. Rates are surpassingly high, it is out of budget for most of the MC people , cities like mumbai and bengaluru have potential buyers for this kind of flats, one more thing how is GHMC or HMDA is planning of water supply to these high end 40+ and 50+ storey buildings , ground water will take a dip, hyd city doesn't have enough water resources and hyd does not get lot of rain either, mind you there will be water scarcity coming future.

      Highrises take atmost care and there are many set of rules that needed to meet to get OC with regards to safty. So it isnt a problem like we see in builderfloors and 10 to 15 floor apts when fire accident happen.

    Hyderabad is surely going to rule South india but i feel it is still lagging with 58 and 59 floors why don't they build over 60 's . Kerela is planning 70 floors in kochi but it is smaller than sas crown58 and banglore has proposed sky deck with 250 meters .
    Hyderabad needs skyscrapers over 60 floors and 250 meter to rule south india .
